   I inherited a property in Swansea from my Grandfather. It had a sitting tenant with a protected rent well below the market rate, and needed ongoing maintenance that the rent barely covered. Unfortunately, it was a huge burden. I contacted Mark King Properties just to test out what was possible, and was surprised to find that they were willing to buy the property at a price that would make a sensible financial return for me. The whole process was painless, taking 5 weeks from the initial conversation to completion. Communication was excellent, so I always knew what was happening.    My wife and I recently used Mark King Properties, as we wished to possibly sell one of our rental properties. As you can expect it was not left in the best condition. Due to a heavy work schedule, and a lot of business commitments I did not want a long and protracted sale the usual way vie an estate agent. As soon as I made the first point of contact with Mark King Properties there was a smooth and structured flow of progress. Within a couple of days an appointment was arranged and Mark came to visit the property. Mark arrived on time, was smartly presented and very personable and friendly to talk to. He made an assessment of the property, and made a no hassle, guaranteed cash offer on the spot - also included were all the legal fees, 100% paid for by Mark. I needed a little time to check the figures with my accountant. Mark was very patient, while I and my wife made the decision to sell. There was no pressure, or pestering calls, etc. When we got back to him there were no tricks, or trying to renegotiate either. He just arranged a date to come out to our house and we duly signed all the documents. He even filled out all the forms for us. After this his assistant (Nikki) stepped in. She was our main point of contact after this stage and I must say she was always very helpful, on the ball and approachable if we needed any help. Everything went smoothly, progressing towards a quick, easy and hassle free sale. I am seriously thinking of using Mark's services again on our main property.    Contacted Mark after reading great reviews online. The first person I spoke to was very well mannered and no question was unanswered. The whole process from first speaking to the team, to meeting with Mark and dealing with nikki to the final completion was really easy. Very professional and quite laid back. There wasn't a time where I had questions and they weren't answered. Weather by phone or text they were always more than helpful. I was a little nervous first as I was acting on behalf of someone else but I was soon put at ease by both Mark and nikki due to their experience and professionalism. I would highly recommend their service and if I was in a situation to sell a house again I would be straight on to them anytime. I really don't have any faults. Just brilliant all the way.

   I inherited a property that was challenging, & despite advice from a range of professionals I was struggling to know how to sell it. After a recommendation from a work colleague I contacted Mark & received his offer quickly. Despite some challenges with the sale Mark’s team remained engaged & maintained regular communication with me.
