“The rooms are a bit dated but that was far outweighed by the attitudes and helpfulness of the staff and the amazing unlimited breakfast which had loads of vegan options. Special mention to the staff member (unfortunately I didn't get get name) this morning (Sunday 9th Nov) who ordered a taxi for us to go to the station and followed up and provided updates when the taxi took a while to come.
