Had a fantastic stay here with our granddaughter. Loveliest staff ever and all of them hard working, polite and very friendly. The room was spotless and warm, beds comfortable. The food in the adjacent restaurant at dinner and breakfast was exceptional. We would definitely stay here again and the location was perfect. Thank you all very much

Standard premier inn. Clean rooms with the generic facilities you expect. Good for a business stay for a few nights. Rooms not cleaned daily for a multiple night stay unless you specifically ask. Breakfast was ok, the usual Premier inn standard, in the steak restaurant attached. Lifts very slow, with one out of order.

Stayed just for a night whist checking out the area from London. Hotel very convenient for the town centre and a 15 min walk for the station. Was on the 3rd floor in a Premier plus room which was my first and probably the last as I wasn't very impressed with what was on offer. There's a shower over a bath tub which you need to climb in, had a coffee machine but nothing on the coffee pods to what they where so didn't bother. No tea bags, just herbal and 2 sweet treats so overall, I wouldn't bother upgrading just for these few extra luxuries. The room I stayed in had quite a few marks and bleach stains on the carpet by the toilet on Room 330 and a brown mark at the side of my bed as it looks like someone had accident! I noticed the cleaners when I arrived where all students so no surprise with all the marks and stains I've stayed in many premier Inns but won't want to stay here again.

Went here for our anniversary and had such a lovely experience. The staff were so kind and even upgraded our room after finding out it was our anniversary. We really appreciated the gesture and had a wonderful stay. Would definitely recommend!

Due to roadworks and diversions I was unable to get to Euro Car Park recommended by this hotel and therefore unable to use the specific discount, had I known in advance I would have to pay. more than £20 for overnight parking, I would have chosen a better hotel with cheaper/inclusive parking for the same total cost. The room was shabby with scuffed walls, dirty fingerprints on windowsill and dirty carpet, thick with dust in corners and on skirting boards.A (used) duvet was flung under the bed. The corridor carpet outside my room 212 was filthy with obvious crumbs and dirt along it. These issues have obviously been unaddressed for some time

I made an early non refundable reservation in a premium room for a 6 nights stay so I started with what seemed to be a good deal. My experience began with a positive response from the staff to my request for an early check in, which seemed like something uncommon for them. The room was convenient, equipped with the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay and was almost clean if we exclude the spots on the floor here and there. You will need to inform the reception a day in advance if you want the room to be cleaned but you can still request for any towels or coffee tray supplies at any time. The staff was fairly responsive to my requests but some few things I ordered were simply missed. Not having a phone in rooms makes it inconvenient to handle frequent needs and inquiries and will require going to the reception and talk to them directly. The breakfast offered is at a separate charge and has limited varieties and honestly is unsatisfactory if you are stuck with it daily for a long stay. For example my request for making eggs in a way other than the two choices offered was declined. I had a small personal towel taken from my room while cleaning it and it took some time and frequent checks from my side to have it back. Although the stay was at a reasonable price and the sleep was comfortable but I will be inclined to try new options for my future visits.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Everywhere looked clean. Basic double room was spacious enough for us with a comfortable super king size bed. Small TV and basic tea making which you'd expect. Had a lovely night sleep, had no concerns with noisy neighbours or traffic. I could find no reason to not stay again, the price was spot on and the hotel is in a great location for going out into Nottingham.

We always try to book premier Inns and have stayed in many. This one was not disappointing. A comfier bed and pillows than we have at home, a lovely bar and restaurant attached, breakfast for us has an excellent selection and very tasty. Helpful and responsive staff. We were very lucky with this site. Not having stayed in Nottingham before we found everywhere to be accessible. Plenty around to keep us busy and a bonus of being near a tram stop which is a very good system.

Stayed at this Premier many times. Staff are excellent, friendly and helpful at all times. Excellent location. Room was quiet and comfortable bed as always. On the whole though the hotel, including rooms, are a little tired. Rooms would benefit from updating, carpets need replacing or at least a deep clean. Attention should also be paid to the outside entrance as regards daily cleaning.
