“I recently had tooth extractions for both lower wisdom tooth that were impacted. I was very nervous but the whole team are very professional and explained things clearly including advice on aftercare. During the procedure I had the lovely hygienist with me throughout and felt calm and supported without a worry. In addition lovely thoughtful receptionist Jessica who is thoughtful and caring always and followed up few days later with a call to check. If you’re a nervous person this place is the place to go with all amazing staff members who take great care. It is a clean and calm space.”

My body went into a mode of shock with the pain from the numbing needle for my nose as it is one of the most sensitive places of the body. Sharon jumped straight to my aid, gave me a fan, some water, stressballs, laid me back in the chair and reassured me I wasn’t the first and wouldn’t be the last to experience what I did. She told me to take as long as I needed before proceeding any further and sat talking to me calmly to take my mind off of it all along with asking if I was okay and opening the door to let in some fresh air.
