   Had first session with Alistair today to support my recovery from total knee replacement surgery and he was brilliant. He was alexactly what I needed to provide motivation to support my recovery with clear guidance for the trearments and moves to focus on to support my recovery. Alistair also focused on a number of massage techniques to help my knee muscles and tendons to recover. I left feeling so much better, a clear sense of what to focus on - can't wait for my next session! Would definitely recommend.

   I have recently had some physio with Alistair to help manage musculosketal pain and stiffness. At my first consultation Alistair took plenty of time to understand my symptoms and how they affected me. In follow up sessions Alistair focussed on my knees, hips and back, which has really helped to reduce the stiffness I was experiencing. Throughout the sessions Alistair also offered advice, including exercise, stretches and self massage. Alistair's approach is very positive and encouraging. He has reassured me that I am taking the right steps to actively manage my joints - especially my knees which are affected by oesteoarthritis. After my physio session my joints feel happier and I leave armed with some top tips for self management. Highly recommended.

   I have seen Alistair on a couple of different occasions for my lower back. He offered me a short notice appointment, getting me diagnosed and starting treatment quickly and very effectively. He is knowledgeable and has a warm, encouraging manner. Really reasonable cost, especially when you consider that he fixed me up after only a couple of sessions. Highly recommended.

   Another trip to see Alistair to sort out a few long-standing, niggling issues, including a frozen shoulder and tennis elbow. Alistair diagnosed and explained each of the problems and provided re-assurance that all of them could be sorted. Treatment made a noticeable difference straight away and he provided me with a long list of exercises to take away, so down to me to build on his good work!

   I am so pleased with the treatment that Alistair has provided over the course of the past 6 weeks. I visited Alistair with back pain that had been bothering me for the past 6 months. In the first session Alistair was able to diagnose the issue during an informal Q & A and our first treatment. Alistair gave me basic, non-time consuming stretches that I have done in conjunction with the subsequent 3 x treatments. I am now pain free and so grateful that I used the services of Nottingham Physiotherapy Services. Alistair operates in a safe, clean environment and immediately put me at ease. I will undoubtedly return to use his services if the need arises again.

   Alistair was recommended to me by a relative. He has lived up to and exceeded that recommendation. Alistair treated me for sciatica which was incredibly painful. He gave me a set of exercises to do which proved extremely beneficial to my recovery. Alistair holds very high professional standards. He always made me feel at ease. Alistair explained everything he was doing and why, he explained why given exercises were beneficial to my recovery. Finally, as a woman, I would like to say I felt very comfortable with his personal and clinical manner. I would most certainly recommend Alistair and will not hesitate to contact him again should the need arise.
