I have been getting my laser done at mimi's for some time now. I love my results. Kristina is always so friendly and does an amazing job. I would highly reccomend mimi's for laser hair removal.
i had a consultation booked in with them yesterday at 3pm i asked them if i could have my facial hair removal on the same day too they said no with an invalid excuse saying that there has to be a 4 day gap between the consultation and the treatment i was stunned by this excuse as it makes no sense and is not true they asked me if i still wanted to come in yesterday for my consultation at 3pm i then confirmed that i was still coming then i updated them to let them know i was going to be late because i was still in town at the time and i could not find a bus that goes through nuthall road i was bursting for a number 2 and i dont use public toilets due to my ocd so i rushed home to use the toilet and afterwards it read 15 minutes before my appointment on the clock so i emailed them to update them to explain that i am running late i provided them with my number and asked them to ring me as i needed advice on directions to the shop when i get to nuthall road i then rushed out my house and legged it all the way to nuthall road however when i arrived at nuthall road there was no sign of this service to be seen anywhere i looked everywhere and this shop was nowhere to be seen i wasted an hour searching and still had no hope in finding this place and became frustrated to the point where i gave in and went straight back home they never rang me at all when i was here but they rang me when i got back home and asked if i was still coming but i did not know what to say so i cut the call off i wasted my time trying to find them they did not care to direct me at all so they are not worth it very careless unhelpful unprofessional business so i will not recommend if you are a customer that does not live in or near the area they will not care to direct you and i was lost.
I love Kristina! She is very friendly and easy to talk to! I am happy she has done a great job helping me reach my goal. Would definitely recommend her!!

This place is the best!! I searched a lot before starting my treatments in MiMi and I was surprised that there were no bad reviews at all - now I get why! It's worth every single penny. I have always struggled with hair removal as I have loads..I am halfway through the Hollywood-underarms treatment and I am so happy with the results!!! And after the first leg treatment I was surprised of how effective it was so quickly! I can't recommend the place enough..it's very clean and professional. An excellent service that is worth every penny. When I went for a consultation for laser hair removal I was given clear advice and guidance. The actual treatment was very successful, exactly as the thoroughly professional staff beforehand had said.
