   I’ve been going to visage for the past 10 years, I honestly can’t fault the staff! I usually have the same treatments every few months by bhvana and hadis. I travel from derby but I still come to visage for my treatments as I can’t find anywhere better! Reasonable pricing, a lot of offers throughout the year and the app is straight forward. I would 100% recommend visage!

   I would highly recommend hair laser removal at Visage. Before I had my treatment I had zero confidence and stubborn hair on my face that I was convinced would never leave. I now have no hair on my face, lip and chin and I have my confidence back. When I get my laser I also treat myself to an eyebrow wax/reshape and my eyebrows have never looked better. It’s a super friendly environment and I genuinely look forward to visiting for treatment. The trust I have in this treatment has meant that I drive from Cheshire almost 2 hours away as I know it works and I trust their process. Thank you for everything Visage!

   My first time around, I had my hair colour cut and blow dry today which could have been better in all honestly as the lady (probably the owner) doing my services was all imposing her views and likings and would not listen to mine, which felt very strange as well as annoying. She would even cut off her assistant (dint catch her name but was much more kinder and knowledgeable than her) and wont let her opine which was quite rude. She won't simply take into account the shade which i told her about as SHE thought the other one would do better, same for the haircut won't listen to how I like it as she thought she knows the best, and even rolling her eyes when i asked to look into a back mirror!! All too horrendous,didn't leave a good taste in my mouth for the whole day won't be going back in to a place where they don't know how to treat n care for clients n colleagues alike.

   Have been coming here for a few years and wouldn't go anywhere else for laser & electrolysis services, despite living a good few miles away: it's worth the journey and with Asda/free parking at the back, that's really no trouble. Bhavna is brilliant and makes sure everything is tailored to your needs. Such a great welcome too every time. Had an Indian head massage here recently and would totally recommend that too.

   I have been using Visage for my eyebrow thread and tinting for over 15 years now, won’t go anywhere else. On this occasion I seen they have a new lady doing nails and decided to try as she had space to do me after my eyebrow appointment & I’m really happy with the results, she was lovely and always checking I was happy throughout the treatment.    I’ve been visiting Visage for almost 12 years and have been a very loyal customer. I travel around 7 miles to come to the salon because I always used to receive a top level service. The past few times I’ve been I’ve found some of the staff extremely rude and unprofessional. In particular, Hadis who leaves you sat around whilst she is stood in the back; seems annoyed with you for booking an appointment and wanting your eyebrows done and on top of that when she is doing your brows she is taking video calls?! Extremely unprofessional and very rude. I do not want to be made to feel as if I’m an inconvenience when I’m spending a good amount of money on several different treatments. I’ve found a new salon now and I won’t be returning. It’s a shame because myself, my sister and my daughter have been loyal customers for years but we will not be returning.

   Louisa is really friendly and is always thorough and gentle with her treatments. She’s fantastic at her job. Great salon and always feel really welcome here. Hadis is also really friendly and does a great and precise brow wax. I won’t go to any other salon to have my beauty treatments done now. Definitely recommend this place. Lovely ladies.

   Horrible experience with the new lady who did the hair cut absolutely non professional attitude. She bullied my daughter who had a heart condition she made my daughter feel soo bad in herself that she had a panic attack and irregular heart rate I passed on the details of the lady and visage to the doctor because she got that attack due to that lady. The staff start talking with each other about this in some different language clearly making us uneasy.very unprofessional. I have always had mine and my daughters hairs done from nina unfortunately she left the place and I had to face this nonsense. So disgusted right now as I have to visit A&E and spent hours in there because of an unprofessional lady who had no idea how to deal with a situation sensibly .

   On my first visit 30/9/22 I was greeted with a warm friendly welcome. I had an eye lash lift and tint. Only took 1 hour. Very pleased with the results. It was a very pleasant, comfortable experience whilst having a lovely chat which I enjoyed. Treatment room very nicely decorated, calm music playing and extremely clean. Highly recommend.
