“I attended this clinic before the second lockdown and had a skin analysis, chemical peel and male waxing. Steve, was very professional, provided me with detailed analysis of my skin and education on how to look after it. On the male waxing side, this was a new experience for me, but felt comfortable and was placed at easy. Differently recommended for guys for want to look after themselves in a not beauty or spa environment.”

“After smoking from the age of 16 I was almost reaching my 40th birthday, I was really wanting some healthy life changes the main one being smoking. I had been worried about my health, discoloured teeth, always being out of breath, a constant cough & the general smokers smell for many years. I had many, many failed attempts over the years at quitting it seemed almost impossible even though I really wanted to stop !! So I thought I would try hypnosis but didn’t really know what to expect, Andy was great he is a very down to earth guy with a very relaxing deep velvety tone to his voice. She suggested we not choose anything too deep as it was a single session, but anyone who knows me that is not possible, even when i tried my subconscious/spirit gave a loud no and clearly showed me what was ready to be explored. “I was forced to leave this practice after my Doctor of 40 years retired and I automatically moved to different practice. The service was so bad, they would only assess one issue per appointment, and the list just goes on. I moved back to Radford Road thinking it can't be as bad as my current practice. So far it's been fantastic. Doctors have been attentive, listened to me issues, made recommendation, at no point did they fob me off. I felt cared for, supported, safe and really left assured my best interest was in hand. I will me moving my family over to this practice as a result of their outstanding service. The only bad point I would make, and I think this goes for most GP Practice is, the Receptionists don't come across very professional and appear to lack consideration and respect.”
