   I was a client of Lisa's for around 2 years and still reach out for the odd session when required. She has a calming, openness that put me at ease from our very first session. I had seen several therapists and none made me feel comfortable and free like Lisa does. She is an absolute marvel. I describe my time with her as a huge tangle of different coloured wool that I could see no way of unravelling and once I started talking she would take each colour and help me make neat little balls of understanding that grew over time. She never once tried to advise or tell me how to fix things. The way she works is subtle and effective. I understand myself and love myself which I never thought was possible. I recommend her all the time! Thank you for everything Lisa.
