Useless. Over 4 hours for a young child to be seen with a head injury. I wouldn't recommend this place for any form of urgent treatment it would be fast to drive to London and be seen then wait in this shambles of a "hospital".

Canβt praise Ripley hospital enough took my mum there yesterday after a very long day of trying to get her sorted out. She is 81 and was in a lot of pain with water infection went to pharmacy first they said couldnβt help she was too oldβ¦..and go to doctors. Doctors said they were too busy and couldnβt see her and to go to Ilkeston hospital she arrived 3pm they also turned her away and said they were too busyβ¦β¦. So I rang Ripley they were fantastic and took care of my mum and gave her the care and medication she needed. Would recommend them to everyone

Unfortunately due to breathing issues I had to visit Ripley hospital today. The receptionist and doctor I saw were absolutely wonderful and I cannot thank them enough.

Attended this morning with wrist injury. Yes, I had to wait few hours, but they were short of staff, which isn't their fault. They were doing their best to get people seen. Male ENP/ACP not sure which is his qualification I saw was very pleasant, thorough and professional. He referred me for an xray, and i have an appt for review in 2weeks and another xray. Good service thank you

I got really poorly with a chest infection on Saturday night. Went to Ripley Hospital on the Sunday morning. The help and treatment I received was outstanding. From the reception staff to the two nurses (J and J) who diagnosed and prescribed medicine for me. Professionalism, kindness and dedication. Thank you so much.

I've had to use the emergency centre 3 times over the past 5 years and several times for blood tests. It's absolutely brilliant - fast caring and professional. Thank you

Went with a friend who needed pain killers after a fractured sternum and was unable to get a doctor's appointment. Seen quickly and given a weeks emergency medication. Excellent service. Well done and thank you.

I used to visit this walk in centre all the time and theyβve always been fab. I attended on Christmas Day with a badly swollen eye and I walked into the treatment centre crying in pain. I kept explaining to the nurses that my lower eyelid was hurting. Both nurses continued to sit in their chairs and look at me and say βitβs a stye put a flannel on it β . No one looked in my eye or checked my vision or anything! A day later I attended a different walk in centre and Iβve been told I have a cyst in my eye and Iβve been referred to hospital! Donβt come here

Ok experience, not too bad a wait time. Came to be told by a nurse (she was lovely) that my damage to my shoulder was muscular.. when I went to a&e 3 days later I had an x-ray to find it was actually fractured. Now in a sling for 3 weeks. Would have been solved sooner with an X-ray on the day of my visit to UTC though. Nice staff nonetheless.
