“I cannot thank God enough for Leeds Dental Clinic in Middleton. I have had a tooth pain problem that comes and go for over two years. I have been to two different dentist doctors in such for solution but to no avail. One of the doctor referred me to Dr April in Leeds Dental Clinic. When I got to the clinic everyone was welcoming from the receptionist to the Doctor herself. During my assessment I knew that my problem will be solved. Dr April diagnosed the problem and took time to draw a diagram illustrating the issue. I was 100% convinced that she was right. The tooth was taken out in the most professional manner. “I've been going to Jodie weekly for the past month now and every week my hips and lower back are feeling less painful. I could barely turn or bend without severe pain and there was a constant pressure and aching which was relieved by nothing other than vast amounts of painkillers. “The work that Ally has put in with me over the last 9 Months has changed my life. I went from years worth of pain and agony with lack of mobility and poor assistance from Doctors and guess work from hospital visits to being pain free and fully mobile again. In January of this year i started my journey with Ally's help to try find out what the issue was with my chronic pain in my lower back and right leg which caused me unbearable pain and lack of movement. Ally knew straight away from some tests with my what the issue was and said that once we had my MRI results back from the hospital she would be able to confirm but was certain of the issues i had. (Had seen multiple doctors previously all saying different things and none of there advised helped) MRI results came back and Ally was spot on with what she believe the issue was "herniated Disc that was trapping my root nerve". This stopped me from walking and standing straight with constant pain daily and made life incredibly hard. The work i did with Ally was amazing and every week i felt like there was small but amazing improvements to my pain relief and mobility leading to 4-5 months later i was up and mobile again with close to 0 pain and able to start going to the gym to help grow further strength from the lessons and bits Ally had taught me. 8-9 Months later and i am now with 0 pain fully and run daily and have completed a recent 15k and go snowboarding weekly. My life has turned around massively from all the help and lessons that Ally has taught me to help my body recover properly and cant recommend her enough, plan to see Ally now every couple of months to keep my body happy and working for me the way it should. “We absolutely loved Parent Prep with Kayleigh! I looked around at lots of different classes but am so glad we decided to go with Kayleigh’s. Every class is packed with loads of really useful information and Kayleigh is great at explaining everything and answering any questions. The classes really helped us make the most informed choices and even in the midsts of giving birth I remembered Kayleigh’s advice and used the breathing techniques she taught us. The classes are really inclusive for dads/birth partners too, with lots of advice on how they can support mum during pregnancy and labour. I have also just completed 2 terms of Tinies with Kayleigh and can’t recommend them enough. The atmosphere is just lovely and relaxed, and again Kayleigh is so knowledgeable. She teaches you how to do baby massage alongside lots of snippets of useful information for as your baby develops, and it’s just great to do a bit of movement with your babe and chat to other lovely mums. Even if your baby doesn’t participate during the class and prefers to nap, feed or cry, there’s never any judgement and you can take what you learn in class and do it at home. My little girl loves all the songs and movements when we do them at home. I have become really good friends with lots of people I met at Kayleigh’s classes which I’m so grateful for as a new mum. I’ve already booked on to Wrigglers next too! You won’t regret booking with Kayleigh x”

It turned out it was actually an issue with my neck. If you have an issue with neck or shoulder pain like I did, I’d highly recommend getting an appointment here. Charlotte who helped me with my neck was really lovely, helpful and professional. Not only did she give treatment on the appointment but also helped me to make some really good exercise & changes to help with my neck issues.”
