“Can’t recommend Kutchenhaus Leeds enough! We’ve just had our kitchen done by Kutchenhaus Leeds, and we’re absolutely over the moon with how it’s turned out! Joseph designed the kitchen and was amazing from start to finish. He completely got what we wanted and helped us turn our old dining/utility/extension space into a gorgeous open-plan kitchen and dining room. The design and quality of the kitchen are outstanding, everything feels solid, stylish, and so well thought out. James, who did the installation, was fantastic and did an amazing job. His attention to detail and workmanship were second to none, and he made sure everything was finished perfectly. Like with any big project, there were a few little hiccups along the way, but Joseph was brilliant throughout, always helpful, responsive, and went above and beyond to sort everything out quickly and professionally. We’re so happy with the finished result it’s bright, open, and such a lovely space to spend time in and completely changed how we use our home. Massive thanks to Joseph, James, and the Kutchenhaus Leeds team for making it all happen. Would 100% recommend them to anyone thinking of redoing their kitchen!”

Everything has been handled in an exemplary fashion (from the initial contact with the company, through the design process and any subsequent request for clarification). Obviously, the delivery and fitting of the handcrafted furniture was of paramount importance and we couldn’t have asked for that task to be undertaken by anyone better than Aaron who is a great ambassador for the company. “Great experience. I ordered the sofa and unfortunately there was a delay in the shipment of my item. I got an email explaining the situation and giving me options of choosing another sofa for faster delivery or waiting around 3 weeks for mine. I opted to wait and within a week I had a phone call informing me they had a shipment and would send my item out to me ASAP. The entire process took less than 2 weeks even with the delay. Communication from the company is great and they are also super easy to get hold of. I have since received communications to ensure I am happy with my product and the delivery service. Customer service is fantastic and my sofa is absolutely stunning! super easy to assemble and very comfy! Would highly recommend this company!”

He offered me a drink and clearly explained all the details. Although I originally came in for a bed, I ended up purchasing a mattress as well. He showed me the options without any pressure, and the service was excellent throughout. Dave, the store manager, was also very helpful. I’m very happy with the service AJ provided, and I will definitely be returning again in the future.”

I was in-store for close to an hour, and was looked after the whole time with the staff giving me recommendations and helping me find a chair suitable for me (i'm 6'4 so for me buying ergonomic chairs is a nightmare). “An eclectic selection of furniture and other items, from a variety of local sources. The owners are charming and incredibly helpful. The range is constantly changing, so this is somewhere you want to visit in person, although they do advertise on local Facebook selling pages, too. There is a low step to enter the shop, but it is practicable by a wheelchair: either a manual, or an electric wheelchair if you have a curb climber. Staff more than happy to assist.”
