He was clearly knowledgable about interior aesthetics and advised with good visual knowledge. He used 3D modelling to assist how the product would fit my personal space. “These guys offered me great service when i came to look for a chair. I was in-store for close to an hour, and was looked after the whole time with the staff giving me recommendations and helping me find a chair suitable for me (i'm 6'4 so for me buying ergonomic chairs is a nightmare). They did really well guiding me through the process and helped me find a chair that was suitable. Very impressed.”

Just like other furniture shops they have a permanent low price on everything, (but this time it’s real), excellent customer service and chargeable delivery on the bulky stuff. Across their 2 shops we get set up a 1 bed house with all its furniture and saved a bomb.”

His product knowledge was excellent as was the service I received. The product was delivered the following day as promised. “I got exactly the right mattress for me, the sales assistant was on her own in the shop, but her customer service was 100% for all customers. I took delivery on the due date well within the given timescales on a red hot day. I can't fault Bobby's service, a polite phone call early morning to confirm delivery. The politest man you could wish to meet, delighted I'd put the mattress to be taken away in the bag provided when I bought the mattress. Bobby unwrapped the new mattress, and put it on the divan base. He also gave me maintenance information to keep my mattress up to standard. Would I shop at Dreams again? Absolutely!”

“We had a fantastic experience when visiting Furniture Village at Birstall, Leeds. There was a huge selection of sofas and the showroom was set out really nicely with room displays. The Sales Consultant Matthew left us to browse without pestering us and when we were ready to make a purchase he was really helpful and friendly. The prices were reasonable and cheaper than we have found elsewhere,. Also free coffee machine and cookies which was a nice bonus! Overall very happy!”
