I was in-store for close to an hour, and was looked after the whole time with the staff giving me recommendations and helping me find a chair suitable for me (i'm 6'4 so for me buying ergonomic chairs is a nightmare). “I got exactly the right mattress for me, the sales assistant was on her own in the shop, but her customer service was 100% for all customers. I took delivery on the due date well within the given timescales on a red hot day. I can't fault Bobby's service, a polite phone call early morning to confirm delivery. The politest man you could wish to meet, delighted I'd put the mattress to be taken away in the bag provided when I bought the mattress. Bobby unwrapped the new mattress, and put it on the divan base. He also gave me maintenance information to keep my mattress up to standard. Would I shop at Dreams again? Absolutely!”

The Sales Consultant Matthew left us to browse without pestering us and when we were ready to make a purchase he was really helpful and friendly. The prices were reasonable and cheaper than we have found elsewhere,. Also free coffee machine and cookies which was a nice bonus! Overall very happy!”
