“Bought a significant amount of items from 121 over the last month and all were delivered when estimated. There was a glitch on a bundle price and the team swiftly updated it. Communication was great and there were no surprises. Also worth noting the the delivery logistics being somewhat more complex than normal were great and that logistics firm/ delivery firm were also excellent. Brilliant service throughout.”

“Had trouble with the couch I purchased fitting through my hallway, the delivery men were very helpful, took it away and then the manager sorted adapting the couch. Arms were removed and fitted back on once the couch was re delivered and in the correct place. The manager at the store wouldn't take any extra money and instead insisted I made a donation to Marie Curie, which I did. Even better thing was, this was all completed in a couple of days. Excellent service.”

“Good range of goods and furniture and you always find something extra to buy apart from what you go for. Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. The only cloud on our last visit was organising a Hertz van to self deliver our goods, the app. wouldn't let us or the staff to order one so we had to arrange our own van hire. But, the staff were as helpful as they could have using the rules and policies in place. You can't order in advance or pay for stuff to pickup apart from on the day if they can't deliver on suitable days for you. Won't stop us going again, one of those things”

“This review is two years late! My mother and I brought my seriously ill father into the store. He was in a wheelchair and portable oxygen. The staff were absolutely outstanding. They gave us time, supported us to and from the lifts (even going upstairs to meet us at the other side) and made the experience stress-free. My father was able to pick a sofa to make his last months more comfortable and we will be forever grateful to the lovely women at SCS in Uddingston for their support, time and kindness. “Wandered in on a whim, friendly staff, not pushy at all. Great range of stock. Really comfy sofas... so comfy I almost bought one on impulse! Love the recliner models, tempted, so very tempted. Only fly, and it's minor... nothing has prices, other than the room accessories; designer TV stands, bookcases, coffee tables. And these are, um, shall we say expensive.”
