   Extremely unprofessional staff — rude, careless, and consistently incompetent. I went there to buy a coffee machine, but their attitude was so bad that I canceled the purchase on the spot.

   I recently visited the Glasgow Fort branch to return an item that was less than 14 days old, but the staff refused to process the return despite it clearly being within the returns period. They were dismissive, unhelpful, and showed no willingness to resolve the issue — the overall attitude was very poor and unprofessional. Frustrated, I went to the East Kilbride branch instead, where I was treated with respect and understanding. The staff there were friendly, efficient, and had no problem processing my return. Their customer service was honestly 10/10 — a complete contrast to my experience at Glasgow Fort. Glasgow Fort should be ashamed of how they treat customers. I’ll definitely avoid that store in future and will happily travel to East Kilbride instead.

   I use this store as the two others nearer to me have closed down. I recently made a few purchases and I have to compliment the staff on their friendliness and helpfulness. Especially the middle aged guy with the English accent. Really nice guy and ever so helpful. Thanks very much. Excellent customer service.

   I just bought a TV set here yesterday。When I opened the outer package, there was nothing wrong with the TV at all, but when I plugged it in and turned on the TV, the internal circuit of the screen was gone, the glass of the outside screen was not broken,When I took it back today, the staff said that the TV package was not broken, it was not their fault, and they thought that I broke it myself and could not return it. This is all about the quality of this product, I really feel speechless for the staff here,Very disappointed with the staff here， if I can choose a stars on this rating, there should be no one.

   Absolutely huge shop floor in this branch but they also seem to have really good stock depth. Quite often this store will keep things that the inner Glasgow branches have sold out on. Staff are friendly. Store is clean and well run

   Had an issue with a laptop which I have owned for just under one year. Initially dealt with manufacturer who told me to take it in to store. Dealt with Michelle (manager) who took the time to understand the issue and resolve it to my satisfaction. Michelle was professional and friendly and provided great customer service which you do not get very often these days. Thanks Michelle and Argos.for rectifying this for me.

   A lady and myself stood up to collect our items as we were called. Our items were on the shelf. We waited at the desk for about 10mins with about 6 members of staff wandering around aimlessly, glancing at us and continuing on. We actually had to ask to be served.
