   My wife placed an order for an oven. This is after Amazon absolutely mucked up the order and delivery of one, abetted by their incompetent Indian call centre. Conversely these guys promised despatch next day which happened, provided a tracking number which worked on Pallet Track. It arrived 7 minutes earlier than it should have done. Not only that the price was the cheapest out, customer service exemplary, overall only 5 stars because we can't award any more!

   We recently had herringbone flooring supplied and fitted by LDD in our living room. We are delighted with the finished product and the fitters even cut and fitted the new skirting board for me on the day which saved me a job! Fantastic service from Gemma and Amanda from choosing samples in the showroom right through to delivery and fitting. They really took ownership of the job and communicated well, ensuring we were happy with everything. Would definitely recommend.

   we recently removed walls internally and added a new kitchen to our new open plan space ,the kitchen is stunning , from the initial planning stage to completion was easy and pain free , we have already passed your information over to our friends who are looking at changing there kitchen after seeing ours .I have e mailed Gemma the finished pictures now the decorator has finished .    We have recently had our kitchen supplied and fitted by LDD. The quality of product and the customer service, phenomenal! Gemma made the experience of picking out worktops/cabinets and colour schemes a breeze. We even got to meet the owner/director Arthur who was very helpful and complimented Gemma’s suggestions of what the kitchen should look like. When we got to making payment Amanda was nothing but a sheer delight to speak to and came across very friendly. I wish I could give a 6th Star with how my overall experience was with LDD.

   This company is shocking. They do not answer phone calls and ignore. Our kitchen was purchased by the home builder and the doors were not sealed correctly. We have tried for YEARS to get replacement doors at our own cost (which i have been told shouldn't have happened, they should have been replaced as it was a faulty build). My most recent experience has been palmed off, gemma promised to call back a lot and when i called she was busy or not answering the phone. I am disgusted with company and would never recommend them!!!

   Products are excellent, a couple of the members of staff and sales team are great, polite and pleasant to deal with. Soured by staff who it would seem don't enjoy their job and have lost the art of customer relations. Hate to sound like a cliché but I have genuinely never had an experience in the workplace as bad or as stressful as the ones I've experienced with LD staff. Make some improvements on both logistics and retraining some staff.
