   Came to iMex repair in clarkston for a privacy screen after my brother had came in for one and the service was great. If they dont have it in store they will order it for you. My mum also got a screen protecter for tablet. Super friendly.

   Very kind gentleman, great customer service. When I had the charging port of my phone replaced and it did not fix the issue, he ordered in a new part to see if that would help. When that didn't work, he fully refunded what I had paid. Came in a week or so later to buy a new phone and he transfered all data from my old model to the new one + included a phone case & screen protector for free. Highly recommend!

   Took my S23 Ultra in for a screen repair and honestly, these guys were awesome. Super friendly, quick turnaround, and my phone looks brand new again. No issues at all since the fix—everything works perfectly. Price was fair too. Definitely my go-to spot if I ever need phone repairs again. Highly recommend!

   my dad handed in a perfectly working laptop to have windows 10 installed. when he collected the laptop, the laptop was completely broken and is unable to be fixed. absolutely no offer of a replacement or compensation

   I think it is hard to trust where to go with your technology for repairs as they are such expensive and personal items but this is definitely one to trust. A little while ago I had taken my mums phone to get a new battery to this shop - it was in and out in the same day & there has been 0 issues ever since. My mum had also taken another piece of technology to get fixed that she was about to bin because she thought it was broken. But the man was so helpful & assured her he would have a look & see if it can be fixed! I have just taken my own phone in to the shop today for a repair as it wouldn’t turn on & I thought my phone was fully broken. It was returned in just a few hours fully functioning & I couldn’t be happier with the service. 10/10 would recommend.

   Cracked my phone screen really badly so I called Shaz at iMex in Clarkston and he quoted me a fair price & I dropped it off and he replaced the screen for me & it was ready for me 2 days later.    I had an issue with the volume control button on my phone. I contacted the shop and asked what the turnaround was as I need the phone for work and was delighted to hear that if I dropped it off in the morning I'd have it back by the afternoon. The repair is working fine and the shop owner was really helpful, polite and offered some advice on the phone. Excellent service and I'd 100% use them again. Thanks!
