You can’t find this quality & style in online shops. Neil and the Install Scotland team are incredibly hardworking & technically skilled. They are all very friendly as well! Felt we were in safe hands. Any snags dealt with quickly. Everything done properly no cut corners. I had a very specific idea of what I wanted and they followed my drawings to the millimetre. They gave lots of helpful suggestions drawing on their knowledge. We are very happy customers. They’ve been a big part of transforming our house which has needed fully renovated since we moved in 2 years ago. We will be in touch again for the next project! Thanks again to you all.”

“We had our bathroom entirely re-done by MIA Kitchens and Bathrooms and we could not be happier with the entire work and the result. Piotr and Martyna were both absolutely amazing to do our refurbishment from start to finish. After some discussions and suggestions from them, Martyna produced 3D renders of a few options we had chosen, showing how the bathroom would look like, with the exact design, furniture and decor we had shortlisted. Piotr's work was impressive: his passion and experience in everything, from flooring and tiling to plumbing, electrics, and fixtures, was outstanding. He worked in our relatively small space, keeping everything clean and tidy after every day of work. We were impressed with the precision, accuracy and incredible attention to detail he put in our job, keeping us in the loop, explaining what he was doing, step by step, and asking us to make choices whenever there was an option, down to positioning of hangers and shelves to the millimetre. We were so happy we asked him to replace our kitchen sink and tap afterwards, and of course he did a great job in our kitchen too. We are now planning re-doing the second bathroom with MIA. The before/after photos and new kitchen sink speak for themselves.”

The after care service has been superb, I broke a few things and Pino and team couldn’t have been more helpful”

“As Jim and his team fitted our kitchen 25yrs ago it seemed only right to get them to update our kitchen. We visited their showroom and Jim asked us our opinions and advised us what materials he thought would work best, but gave us an appointment with his son Craig to visit our home to measure up and double check our requirements. They actually fitted us in a week early to do the work, arrived on time and replaced the worktops, cabinet and drawer fronts with a beautiful high gloss finish as we requested over the two days taking away all the rubbish as well. Can't recommend this company enough, great price and service from a family business that provided a high quality kitchen and great workmanship.”

“Bought a significant amount of items from 121 over the last month and all were delivered when estimated. There was a glitch on a bundle price and the team swiftly updated it. Communication was great and there were no surprises. Also worth noting the the delivery logistics being somewhat more complex than normal were great and that logistics firm/ delivery firm were also excellent. Brilliant service throughout.”

“Had our new kitchen / utility installed by Wrighton in October. Got to say from the initial discussions on layout and content Greg and the team have excelled in every aspect of the project. This was a fair sized kitchen and I admit to being unsure as to whether, rip out, plastering, electrical, joiner work and installation could be done in 5 working days. Amazingly by Friday pm we had a fully functioning kitchen and all dunnage removed from the site. I would thoroughly recommend Greg and Wrighton to anyone thinking about a kitchen project, attention to detail, great help and support, delivered as promised in military style efficiency,”

“Had trouble with the couch I purchased fitting through my hallway, the delivery men were very helpful, took it away and then the manager sorted adapting the couch. Arms were removed and fitted back on once the couch was re delivered and in the correct place. The manager at the store wouldn't take any extra money and instead insisted I made a donation to Marie Curie, which I did. Even better thing was, this was all completed in a couple of days. Excellent service.”

“From the initial vist to discuss what I wanted through the planning process, the survey and the fit I could not have asked for better from My Beautiful Kitchen and Bathroom. Emily was great and very patient when helping me to plan out my new bathroom. When Benn came to do the survey, he was very helpful and adjusted a couple of things to fit. However, I could not praise David and his team highly enough when they came to do the fit. David kept in touch the whole time, keeping me up to date with every stage and timings. “My wife and I started our “search” for a new kitchen, visiting some local kitchen suppliers, where we felt we were on a conveyor belt, driven by staff who wanted to get our signature on an order with little or no personal touch. I can hand on heart say this isn’t the way that we were treated on our arrival at The Kitchen Station. We were welcomed into the Kitchen Station by MIchael McMillan, first impressions can make or break a deal and Michael was polite and welcoming and someone who I soon learnt was the font of all knowledge, a man who took pride in his work and the company he worked for. Michael wasn’t pushy, it wasn’t a sales technique but more a true understanding of what a customer who had been walked round the block in previous competitor’s stores needed, time, time to view the products available. When we were ready Michael sat down with us and talked us through the process, no hard sales tactics just a genuine overview. We agreed for Michael to come out and measure up, he was at our home when he said he would be, bang on time. My wife and I arranged to go back to the Kitchen Station and between us we designed a kitchen which was from the Nobillia range which would give us the wow factor that we wanted at a price that was up front with no hidden surprises. Throughout our experience Michael’s communication was top notch, if he wasn’t in store, the rest of the team stepped up to the mark and answered any questions I had, it wasn’t a case of this was Michael’s sale and only he could deal with it, all the staff had a vested interest in us as customers. The kitchen delivery date was worked around our fitters and delivered on the date that we wanted it. The delivery team were polite, courteous and careful! No throwing boxes about, every item was delivered with care continuing that customer care that we had been shown throughout our journey. During the fitting we ran into a problem with one of our appliances, I can’t praise the Kitchen Station enough, they went above and beyond for us, they took ownership of the problem, sourcing a new appliance and delivered it to us within a set timescale, something that in all honesty, they could have washed their hands of as we had purchased the original item independently, but they didn’t because I believe that the customer is at the centre of everything they do. The finished kitchen is spectacular and more than what I envisaged , it has certainly given us the wow factor that we craved. I would highly recommend those who are in search of a kitchen, who are tired of all the nonsense that goes along with some competitors to drop on into the Kitchen Station where you’ll find knowledgeable people who want to do their best by the customer to ensure their needs are met by what my wife and I agree is a fantastic product.”

“We had our new kitchen installed by Designer Kitchens over 15 years ago. We were delighted then with the quality and efficiency of the installation, and are still delighted. After 15 years the only preoblem we have experienced was down to wear & tear to the fridge which caused it to fail. Designer Kitchens quickly replaced it with a suitable alternative without any need for modification to the original installation. Can't ask for more than that.”

“Good range of goods and furniture and you always find something extra to buy apart from what you go for. Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. The only cloud on our last visit was organising a Hertz van to self deliver our goods, the app. wouldn't let us or the staff to order one so we had to arrange our own van hire. But, the staff were as helpful as they could have using the rules and policies in place. You can't order in advance or pay for stuff to pickup apart from on the day if they can't deliver on suitable days for you. Won't stop us going again, one of those things”

“I love B&M stores Always a pleasant shopping experience whither it's for one item or for a full shop. There were a few items that I couldn't locate and staff member was very helpful in taking me to what I was looking for. The shop was busy but it was clean and still tidy. The produce it of good quality and what we have come to expect from this B&M chain. I've found this branch has a good customer value standard. The checkout staff were pleasant and swift to put you through. There was an elderly woman infront of me and I'm pleased to say that the checkout lady was very patient and with respect to the other customers, called for another checkout to be opened. ....nicely and tactfully done. Good quality and value for money products sold in store.”

“Needed some furniture but couldn't find it. The first store person I asked was not very helpful. Just said they worked on tills, and if not upstairs, then they wouldn't have any, and we couldn't order online. The second person was totally different and went above and beyond looking for it in other stores and then went and asked manager who located what we were looking for and put behind tills for us. I couldn't see a name badge to mention her on here as she deserves recognition for being outstanding but the manager will know who she is and hopefully thank her again for us as we spent a lot of money in there today and if it hadn't been for her today we would have taken our custom elsewhere”
