Being particularly fastidious customers Allan and Abeir even took us to the Dekton warehouse so that we could choose from the actual Dekton slab the area that we wanted to be on the Island. Superb service all the way! Would 100% recommend Schmidt Reading. I’m going to miss you guys but thank you for everything. We totally love our new kitchen!”

Always Great attention to detail and making sure every step of the way that I was fully involved and briefed and updated about progress. In a block of apartments, they were also very aware of the need to be considerate of close neighbours. Always a big decision but very pleased indeed that I chose Utopia once again. The no risk choice. A small space which needed their creativity to get the best results.”

“We inherited a kitchen when we moved. It was dominated by a huge range cooker and we didn’t really like it anyway. We had used Silverbrow at our previous home so off we went to their showroom. Jake showed us round the display kitchens and arranged to visit us to do a survey. He came up with a plan and with a couple of tweaks we agreed. Everything went according to schedule thanks to James’s meticulous planning and we would have no hesitation in recommending Silverbrow. We do have to mention Tom who fitted the kitchen, he made life so much easier for us whilst we were without a kitchen and his attention to detail was second to none.”

“Grant Lun from Benchmarx in Farnborough was excellent through the design, purchase and construction phases of our new kitchen. We had several designers visit us but Grant was the only one to come up with a complete redesign and not just follow the original layout. On visiting him a few days after his visit to our home, Grant was able to show us complete drawings and pictures of what the new layout would look like. We requested a few minor changes and these were incorporated into the plans without any fuss, giving us a feeling that nothing was too much trouble. Our new Benchmarx kitchen was coming with several new appliances and I checked the quoted prices for these and found the Benchmarx prices to be lower than elsewhere. We used Grant’s recommended installer and found that he lived up to his reputation – everything was completed to the highest standard. During the course of the installation, Grant made several site visits to ensure everything was going smoothly and we were happy with the result”

“My wife and I looked at many kitchen manufacturers / retailers from mainstream to independent, and it was amazing the varying levels of customer service (good and bad) and sales techniques we experienced. With a kitchen being a major investment, we wanted to find the right retailer. Then we met Simon and Rubina at Zara Kitchens, who are firstly, very nice people, they listened to our requirements, were very patient with us due to the never ending design changes, endless questions and even switching of kitchen manufacturers half way through the process.
