   After many months of numerous quotes and kitchen designs we found Zara kitchens, we wanted a kitchen company we could trust with such a big project as it involved the kitchen/diner. It was critically important to us to have a good working relationship with the kitchen company and the kitchen fitter. Simon and Rubina really listened to us and came up with a beautiful design at a competitive price. We appreciated Simon and Rubina's approach which wasn't pushy, whenever we wanted to ask a question we could get in contact with them to discuss it. We confess, we are not the easiest clients, we focus on detail and Zara kitchens, in particular Rubina, was so patient talking through the details of the design with us and the overall project. Matt, our kitchen fitter was equally patient and installed a beautiful kitchen. Simon dealt with any issues post install promptly and without any fuss. We are delighted with our new kitchen and would be happy to recommend Zara kitchens to anyone about to embark on a new kitchen project.

   My wife and I looked at many kitchen manufacturers / retailers from mainstream to independent, and it was amazing the varying levels of customer service (good and bad) and sales techniques we experienced. With a kitchen being a major investment, we wanted to find the right retailer. Then we met Simon and Rubina at Zara Kitchens, who are firstly, very nice people, they listened to our requirements, were very patient with us due to the never ending design changes, endless questions and even switching of kitchen manufacturers half way through the process. I lost count how many different quotes we ended up with, until we were both happy and able to proceed. We had a couple of supply issues, Simon dealt with these with no hesitation, you could tell providing excellent customer service is what Zara Kitchen Design strives for. I would not hesitate to recommend Zara Kitchens to anyone looking to purchase a new kitchen, customer service is great and the installation process is the best I've ever experienced (Matt was just exemplary in his approach to installation). Overall, a very happy customer!

   Our kitchen has had a complete renovation with Zara. We employed builders and installed new windows ourselves to create a new space, Zara designed and fitted the kitchen, organised the underfloor heating and recommended the flooring company. We are really happy with the finished result - the units are good quality, the fitter Matt is excellent, and Simon & Rubina follow everything through so every last detail is addressed and completed.

   Zara Kitchens in Wokingham supplied my business with a second kitchen within 12 months of my previous order. This was my third purchase from Zara Kitchens on a supply only basis in total. Again, as always, I received a great service with excellent after sales service ( this is the key reason why I use Simon at Zara, after you have paid in full, the great service still continues). The kitchen was a mid-range matt-grey modern handleless design and looks stunning with a white worktop. The fitting of this kitchen was straight forward and easy because the units are made/altered to your chosen appliances, no issues and everything slips into place... even the worktop corner butt joint comes with the hockey-stick join already cut. In summary, imo its worth paying a little more for a quality kitchen that pay dividends later down the line. Keep up the good work Zara.
