“My Howdens door handle had broken. Taking it apart it was a simple broken spring. Brought the handle here to talk to Howdens staff about it. Staff located a new handle pack that fits exactly from elsewhere in the uk. Next day delivered it to this store for picking up. I’m very happy. Previously I had almost given up the search for an exact replacement elsewhere, until I remembered I had originally bought them from Howdens and gave them a try.”

“I had high expectations when I looked at the Vincent and Barn website. Their style is my style and it is exactly what I have been looking for. I ordered a steampunk desk for my new office desk and a couple of the round coffee tables for the other room. I am delighted with everything. The quality of the furniture is excellent. The desk is absolutely solid and the tables are also well made and a really quirky addition to the room. It was all packaged very well, delivery costs included and arrived within a few days. I had to make a change to my order before delivery also and this was dealt with immediately. I could not be happier today after assembling my desk (all of three minutes!).
