   My Howdens door handle had broken. Taking it apart it was a simple broken spring. Brought the handle here to talk to Howdens staff about it. Staff located a new handle pack that fits exactly from elsewhere in the uk. Next day delivered it to this store for picking up. I’m very happy. Previously I had almost given up the search for an exact replacement elsewhere, until I remembered I had originally bought them from Howdens and gave them a try.

   So we're after a kitchen, and our builder recommended Howdens. We called the builders contact, who was very helpful and arranged to visit us at home to talk through some options. Next he sent through some ideas on emails and arranged to meet in store to have a look at their products. No problems at all... very helpful and pleasant experience. Recommend to all.
