Staff located a new handle pack that fits exactly from elsewhere in the uk. Next day delivered it to this store for picking up. I’m very happy. “Last summer Russell came to investigate a potential leak and a chemical imbalance with the pool. He took a lot of time to test areas for the leek, resolved it and changed the sand in the filter. The results have been great. The best impact was opening the pool this year it was clear and water level had not changed. A great relief and no more throwing chemicals at the problem. They took about 1 hour (without us first making an appointment) to sketch out our design, offer advice, and to calculate materials so we used the smallest numbers of sleepers/posts without waste. Most impressive was that after spending all that time there was no ‘hard sell’, and we placed the order the next day. Delivery was excellent too, on the day we requested the driver called in advance to let us know his ETA, and he was very helpful (and friendly) and stacked everything where we wanted. All in all a fantastic company to deal with and we’ll only ever use them now for anything landscape related.”
