   Needed a new gas qualified plumber to service my boiler and was recommended Secure heat. From the moment I booked the appointment to the team's arrival, I felt confident I was in safe hands. The guys were very thorough, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. There was a problem with balancing the radiators so a new appointment was booked and Joe came back and sorted them out. We now have a quieter boiler, a more even heat throughout the house and hopefully, lower fuel bills. Thoroughly recommend this company. Thank you for your outstanding service.

   Let me start off by saying a few words that best portray “SecureHeat”… Superb, Dedicated, Reliable, Friendly and Supportive. My wife and I were first introduced to Will at SecureHeat about 4 years ago when we were renting a house in Spencers Wood (Berks), being tenants, it was out of our hands when it came to repairs of any kind within the home regards plumbing and heating, but our letting agent /and landlord had Will as their plumbing engineer. The number of ongoing problems we occurred at the property that we were renting seemed never ending, but Will was very responsive, even at one point late Christmas Eve! November 2022, my wife and I finally purchased our house, and we are now homeowners ourselves, 2 months into living in our home, our boiler decided to start showing problems, loss of central heating, intermittent on/off issues, drainage issues, etc, clearly ongoing pre-existing problems before we purchased the house, as the boiler was aged 15+ years. We decided to give Will a call, and from our memory and experience of how excellent he was at the property we rented, we felt there was no better choice. We can both firmly say, there is zero disappointment with Will at SecureHeat, Will has had to tackle quite a few issues at our home with our 15+ year old boiler (and plumbing), but has managed to overcome and fix the problems. This has shown us that Will isn’t just a modern-day heating and plumbing engineer specialist, but has a true in-depth Encyclopedia of knowledge of all boiler installations (new and old/end of life) and Will has really taught us a few things we never knew. The facts are that my wife and I need to replace our 15+ year old boiler with a new install, ideally a combi. But for now, we have asked Will to help make our boiler last us another year or two just to get us through, asking the impossible really, but Will has managed to fix a very old boiler system. So, to summarise, Will and his team of whom a few we have met to fix our boiler problems, are truly superb, there are many Heating and Plumbing Engineers out there that help many of us fix our problems, but finding a team of engineers that take pride in their work, and show a real dedication to go above and beyond is rare to find. ‘Trust’ is a hard thing to put into someone, as your never sure if you’re dealing with a cowboy trader or not, but Will and his team at SecureHeat are extremely good at what they do and take pride in providing a very good, qualified service with no hidden costs. He made some useful recommendation, such as installing Eco Home, which has been really good, and what type of new cylinder to go for.    We moved into our first house in Reading 8 years ago and within 2 days the boiler had broken. Will was there to replace the boiler and came back on a couple of occasions as there wonky plumbing throughout the house, even replacing the dodgy pipework put in when we had the bathroom refitted. Should have waited for him! We have used his services ever since, whether that was replacing the immersion heater or a standard yearly service. He's always been a great help, goes above and beyond to make things right and is a lovely person. Would recommend him to anyone.

   I had a let down by another plumber three years ago and have been using Will's plumbing services since then – from annual boiler servicing to a faulty WC cistern or the odd tap dripping. Will is punctual, friendly, thorough and very knowledgeable. He treats every job with the utmost dedication, no matter how small it may be. I found his quotes are reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Secure Heat for any heating and plumbing works – and my border collie adores him, which is a bonus!
