Wesley soon came back with a reasonable price to supply & fit and did the work 2 weeks later. He did a sterling job, completed it in 1 day and took it upon himself to replace the u-bend traps with those being easier to remove if need be. At the end of the day he went through all what he did and explained the workings of the new suite. One thing we were impressed by, even before the work started, was his positivity, professional attitude, his helpfulness and communication. We had a tenancy changeover to do at one of our apartments (a 2-bedroom) and the previous tenants left it in such a state, with a lot of staining and mess across all the carpeted areas, including two sets of stairs. We hired one carpet cleaning company to sort it out and the results were unfortunately poor despite their best efforts and hours of work. We then thankfully came across Cobra Cleaning who came in and did a fantastic job, all the carpets look restored and what had seemed like immovable deep rooted stains are gone. The equipment Stuart from Cobra Cleaning uses seems to be much higher quality, far more powerful, which combined with his expertise produces wonderful results. We'll use Cobra Cleaning on all our carpet work going forwards.”
