“I waited 5 minutes for the shower water to turn on yet it never did, must be a problem with the pipes. I tried on what I thought was a 'mask' but soon realised the reason I couldn't see through it was because it was a knee pad. I stuck one of the plungers to the floor to test the 'suction' yet pulled it up extremely easily so I don't think it would work to well for a clogged toilet. Overall I had a great experience and the staff were lovely.”

“Clare designed and fitted my kitchen in 2017. It still looks great. She gave the design a good deal of thought and came up with a layout which was totally different - and much better than - the one I initially suggested. Subsequent to that , whenever I’ve had a minor issue (such as a door going slightly out of alignment )Clare and the excellently obliging Robert have been quick to revisit and offer guidance. A recent visit has prompted me to write a review. When it came to cost she offered wise counsel in modifying the specification to one which was within my budget. Overall I’m more than satisfied with the end result and the exceptional customer service which, to me, makes such a difference.”

Malcolm and his team that delivered it were brilliant and very professional and they got it installed with no problems at all, they even made a concrete base for it to sit on so that it was level. I highly recommend M Pools and will definitely be using them again in the future.”

“After our pool was offline for multiple years, we had a real challenge with restoring the pool and especially improving the water clarity. I tried to resolve this myself, but the water remained a grey/green colour and would not budge. I was running out of time as we had a family party coming up.
