“Been a member now for two years and this has been by far the best one. The roof off the pool has been amazing. Rain or shine there is nothing better than a swim and it is never too busy, can always find a lane or somewhere to sit by the pool. The gym is brilliant, plenty of equipment and really friendly staff to help when you need a bit of advice on what you are doing. 2 years ago I didn’t think I’d be a gym person but I can’t get enough of it now”

“We ordered a US made Cove retreat hot tub from M Pools and are absolutely over the moon with it even though took a while coming from the states, but well worth the wait! Malcolm and his team that delivered it were brilliant and very professional and they got it installed with no problems at all, they even made a concrete base for it to sit on so that it was level. I highly recommend M Pools and will definitely be using them again in the future.”

“Last summer Russell came to investigate a potential leak and a chemical imbalance with the pool. He took a lot of time to test areas for the leek, resolved it and changed the sand in the filter. The results have been great. The best impact was opening the pool this year it was clear and water level had not changed. A great relief and no more throwing chemicals at the problem. A great job well done. He was also able to source an electrician to change the timer”

“Visited Heckfield Place for the second time this year, and the experience was every bit as impressive, if not more so, than our first stay last year. This place will always hold a special place in my wife and I’s hearts, and even objectively it stands out as one of the top-tier establishments we’ve ever stayed at. From the room quality and finishing to the food and breakfast offerings, every detail is beautifully executed. This time we had the privilege of dining at Hearth Restaurant, which was absolutely outstanding. The service was impeccable from check-in to check-out; there wasn’t a single thing you could fault them for. We also loved walking around the lovely grounds, enjoying the afternoon tea and cake service, and relaxing with drinks in the intimate Moon Bar. Everything felt seamless, from the interiors to the setting to the hospitality. In short, Heckfield Place is exceptional in every sense, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit.”

“Great place to swim or use SUP. Went for the first time and the people were super helpful and very nice. The buoys are set up really well for 400m, 750m and 1500m but when doing 1500m I'd suggest to juse do te 750m twice because it keeps in a much more visable area but you're very much allowed to go out and do the 1500m course. Facilities are great, toilets, showers and a cafe there. Make sure to be aware that it is part of a private farm and dogs aren't allowed due to the animals there. Overall a great place to go for swimming mainly and super good that it is joined with the Evo triathlon group.”
