    A really fun time when on the aquapark, but a few issues: Advertised as a 50 minute session but we only got 40 minutes in the water, pretty annoying when the price is 20 pounds for a session. There are BREEZEBLOCKS in the water... Genuinely unbelievable and so unsafe. They state in the safety briefing that the right hand side is deep enough to jump into etc. but there are literal concrete blocks littered around, unbelievably unsafe and shocking no one has been seriously hurt yet. No hand soap in the toilets, just grim. Finally, the lifeguard staff were pretty miserable which just detracts from the vibe of the place.

    First of all the 50 min session is actually at max 45 min as the safety instructions ar part of the session (either modify the session length on the website or do the safety 5 min before the start of the session). Second thing, during last Saturday, after ordering some food no ticket was provided, parts of the order were missing with no acknowledgement front the personal letting us to discover that no all the order was delivered. Even when asked the only answer from the lady behind the bar was that the side salad was finished with the attitude of take it or leave it. Third thing. Into the water you always hit the bottom (muddy and stony) as the depth is mostly 1.5m. The bottom of the lake should be cleaned and dragged to at least 2m.

    Very fun day out! Really enjoyed, vibe was great, lovely staff. Overall amazing experience. However, the water is extremely shallow at places. There was a huge sharp rock by one of the slides. 2/3 people in our group got hurt in the water. Ive seen multiple people hitting and injuring themselves as well. Would be worth investigating into excavation of the lake during winter

    Amazing experience. The Staff were so helpful. Very good place to take the family. I do recommend booking online as it's very difficult to book anything there as staff are understandably busy looking after the safety of everyone and running the place very well.

    Just went to have a look around today, but will defo be booking up to have a go! It looks sooo much fun! Lots of seating area and food & drink! Great place! Lots of fun! Perfect for people watching! haha

    Boys said you can't jump from big inflatables because the water is too shallow, also some inflatables did not have enough air in them.

    Excellent place for a day out jet skis are so much fun along with the dirt buggys. Lovely place to chill and excellent food.

    Jet bike experience very good. Safe to use. Instructor sat behind until felt confident you ok in bike and the course. My only negative by not giving 5 stars was told their was lockers by reception check in staff.Changing room open plan but fairly tidy, 2 showers open plan again but hot. Yes there was lockers which don't lock!! You the customer have to provide your own lock and key. Shouldn't have to. Felt apprehensive leaving valuables in a unlocked locker. So suggest you take one If no spectators in your group. Car park was free on our visit recently. Buoyancy aids look new or looked after. Would revisit with a lock and key.
