Flip out hosted my daughters birthday party. All the children had great fun. Our party host was amazing with the children. The lady on the lazer quest was not so friendly. But all in all, it was a great experience.
We went to Flip Out at Festival Place Basingstoke in continuity after enjoying the Festival of Limitless Extreme Sports and watching amazing somersaults. Flip Out was a refreshing and welcoming space , well designed and cushiony everywhere — spotless, fun, and full of energy. There were plenty of coaches around, making it feel both safe and engaging. It’s becoming one of the best trampoline spots in Hampshire. The space is well-designed, with a trendy, dark vibe and a groovy green theme that helps you let off steam and bounce higher. We felt super welcomed and had an amazing time!
Had an amazing time at Flip Out Basingstoke! Super clean, well-organised, and packed with fun for all ages. The trampolines, foam pits, and obstacle courses kept everyone entertained for hours. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the whole place had a great vibe. Perfect for burning off energy and having a laugh can’t wait to come back!
We visited today as a family of 5. Kids age 10 and 15. Lots of choice of activities but not all open. Some bits are a bit tired and dark but this didn’t stop the fun. The kids particularly liked the stunt area. Overall it was clean and the staff were friendly. The kids already want to go back!!
Great fun for the entire family! In addition to the bouncing they also have laser quest which adds to the outing. There’s a cafe available, if not a little pricey. Have fun!
My daughter had a brilliant birthday party here. The party service was excellent, from booking, to arranging food to cater for food allergies to arrangements on the day, everything was well communicated, the party service has improved a lot from a few years ago. The party host on the day was very friendly, thorough and considerate, made sure we had everything we needed. Everyone had a great time!
We are absolutely happy with daughter's birthday party at Flip out. It was very well organized, staff was helpful, understanding,polite and went extra mile to make the party so special. All kids enjoyed it so much. We'll be back in two months time as our son wants to celebrate there as well.
Horrific experience all in all. Staff young, in-experienced and no management on arranging customers around. Well overbooked and not safe. They said there were staff looking out for kids. Only one staff on bouncing pillow bit. Asked to wait on cafe even though there were no seating up there. Would strongly not recommend going as there are far better trampolining places nearby but were fully booked. Also very expensive at £45 for 3 kids. At the end they try give out sweets for kids ONLY if you give them a good review in front of them. Bribery !!
