Pool nice and warm. Place could do with a bit more maintenance. Slides are great but the joints seem to hurt ya... would be much better but needs more investment.

We felt prices were reasonable for the lagoon and water slides. I had booked the wrong date in error and it was absolutely no problem. So very happy with their Customer service. There is loads of free parking which is always a massive plus. The lazy river was great. I really enjoyed the yellow water slide. The blue one for me was not great as I hit the bottom despite being in a tube on the uphill bits. Didn't attempt the green one. One changing room for all works well and makes total sense with loads of families there. We would definitely go again.

Decent gym, has all the basics and lovely staff but be prepared to clean up after grown adults because half of the gym goers don't know how to re rack their weights. This is only the adults - mostly men - all of the younger teens etc that come in always clean up after themselves! Equipment is a bit tired and some machines need upgrading massively (mainly the abduction machine that only goes up to 63kg, most standard ones go 120+kg). Equipment like yoga blocks goes missing and some of the resistance bands available are almost tearing apart , same with the barbell pads so don't rely on those and bring your own if you can. Women's changing room has a perpetually bad smell not sure what it is, possibly something to do with the plumbing. Steam room and sauna etc are decent but the hot tub is often full of loud teenage boys so you don't really get a chance to use it. Competition lane swim pool is good and a good temperature, but often gets very busy and you'll be in a lane with 4 others. The pool floor (under the water) could also do with a clean as it's very grubby. Showers have recently been replaced and now you won't get scalded as you can control the temperature , before it was awful so thankfully it's better now. And before there was a lot of black mould in the grouting in the showers but this has since been fixed.

Amazing place to go for family fun! Three pools to chose from for different ages, as well as slides for the more daring. The water is really warm making it ideal for little ones. Recommend arriving with time to spare to get changed before. Some queuing for showers on the way out, and although they do have plenty of changing rooms, if you have little ones you might find yourself waiting if you're after one with a changing station.

We went today for the lagoon and flumes. Absolutely fantastic pool, we couldn’t get in the blue slide due to no one letting the floats go but we went on the yellow a couple times which was a lot of fun (my 6 and 3yo loved them!). The baby pool was lovely and warm, almost bath temperature, the main pool a bit cooler but still warm. Green slide isn’t for smaller kids who aren’t strong swimmers as there’s a big drop, my big kid husband loved it! Changing rooms were difficult to find family ones but very spacious once we did get one. Lockers also very spacious, option of smaller or larger. We fit 3 backpacks and 4 pairs of shoes in the larger one. Overall very fun day and we’ll definitely be back!

Reasonable enough price and the pool was good. They are currently refurbishing so not sure it's fair to comment about that aspect. But only down side was the restrictions on slides not allowed toddlers to ride with adults. Other than that kids enjoyed and that's the main thing.

Went to the Aquadrome today and paid almost £16 for my partner and I to take our baby for an hour’s swim. We know the Under the sea area is closed but they have the rapids and small baby pool with slide which we enjoyed 2 weeks ago. What they failed to say on their website or on admission was they were struggling to control the temperature of the main pool. No one told us on the way in, which is unbelievable seeing as we have a young child and babies cannot regulate their temperature like adults. We got into the pool and within the first 5 minutes, our daughter was blue and shivering. We were freezing too! We figured out after 10 minutes that the one open lane pool was at the correct temperature and joined everyone else in there. What a disappointment. Generally the place looks a mess but we wouldn’t have minded if at least the pool was warm or someone had pre-warned us. We wouldn’t have paid that money to have sat in one lane pool for 50 minutes with a 10 month old baby! Told the staff at the desk but they issued a half hearted apology and that was it. We wouldn’t come again as we cannot trust that this pool is regulated at the correct temperature for babies.

First time visit but likely the last, which is a shame as this place has some potential. The water temperature was just too cold to be pleasant. I got used to it but my two children were going blue. I think that's why there is a limit of an hour on the ticket as a health and safety measure against hyperthermia. Most of the toilets were out of order. One slide wasn't working. Many of the showers weren't working, and there is no where for a proper shower without being on display at the side of the pool. We thought we'd defrost in the café with a hot drink, but that was closed. I'd rather pay a little more for a better experience....

Decided to take my grandchildren swimming (29 jan) age 7 and 2. Firstly the changing rooms were filthy. The large pool was taken by swimming lessons so we couldn't choose a pool. The toddler activity pool was also empty and closed, but the worst part was the freezing water in the lagoon pool. Parents and children shivering not wanting to get in. Kids shivering getting out. The little pool with the slide which is normally warm for the smaller ones was also cold. Told the children we would get a snack from the cafe and THAT was closed too! Never going there again.

What an absolutely disappointing experience. We booked to do flumes and lagoon park. This was in the afternoon. However, that whole section was closed. They made no effort to let us know and had plenty of time. When we had come from Fleet for this, it seemed a shame to at least not go in a pool. They had the audacity to not offer any discount for well over half the place not working. I asked that surely there must be a reduced price and my only option was refund or ‘tough’. Charging that price for a 20m pool with a 1m depth was poor. The pool was also cool and every time some got out of the water you could see them shivering as it was cold in there. At this point unless management was to deal with and address the overcharge, we will not be going back.
