“Can’t complain about this gym. Always open and always very clean. I have a PT fromVillage(Dan) and he’s great for me and I’ve lost 10kg and added muscle. Would I like the pool to be open 24hs? Yes please but I don’t know any pool that is. Plenty of great classes as well. I do spin three times a week and it’s always on and always a great vibrant place to work out with plenty of the right kit”

“it's busy .. like REALLY busy a lot of the time - but they have a great selection of kit to use, staff are friendly and don't push their PT services on you, it is warm up there tho - just a niggle of mine. you might like the heat :)”
