   Been coming here are few months, firstly through Groupon purchases and have now signed up to the rolling membership as my boys love the place. Just some general feedback, if you are advertising a meal deal with a pizza and a slush, I'm not sure why today I was allowed to have this on my first order, however halfway through our visit I went to reorder with a different team member who said it can not be done with a slush anymore? Seems strange considering its on every menu on the tables! Great place for the kids, please just be consistent with the information you are providing customers as it's a little frustrating.

   Membership costs much less. Lot of trampoline to jump !!! My kids loved it and moreover I don’t need to run around them as I can watch them from the cafe. Always caring staff and colourful trampoline

   I bring my son here on occasions and he enjoy his time without a doubt, however I do have a couple of complaints. Firstly, some of the staff who "manage" the trampolines and airbag aren't really responsible. I came here over the weekend with my son, partner and his kids and we were all enjoying the airbag. Now they are obvious signs stating not to jump from the side of the airbag and to climb out on the other side, but during one occasion I was jumping in, a young boy (about 7) threw himself in from the side and I landed inches away from him! Had I landed any closer, I would have crushed that boy! The thing is, there was a staff member standing RIGHT THERE and saw it happen! The member of staff was maybe 17 and he didn't give a toss. I had to shout at him from inside the airbag and told him off and that he needed to take responsibility and ensure he is enforcing the rules. One of these days you guys will deal with a huge accident due to the staff not caring. My other complaint is that it is SO expensive for a family jump at nearly £20 per person (2 hour jump session). For a family of 4, it came to £76 for two hours!

   Does exactly what I want it to do. Tire out Rose. Loads of space and as we always go on. Thursday at 4pm, it’s pretty much empty. Always clean, well stocked cafe and two very tired blunders. Rosie loves it.

   My family recently visited Atmosphere Trampoline Park in Basingstoke, and it was an absolute blast!    Great value entertainment for the kids normally, but today it was just too cold. Feet felt frozen within a couple of minutes of going upstairs to the trampoline area. Could also see my own breath when talking. The roof had leaked in multiple places so my son got wet socks fairly early on. Definitely won’t be returning till the weather improves!

   Great trampoline park, free parking. Cafe at the top so you can watch your little ones bounce. Also a soft play bit at the back of the trampolines for under 5. Really nice set up, lovely staff.
