“We had some issues booking an escape room, I reached out via email and received a response super quickly, especially considering it was a Friday evening. The owner tried to sort it out for us however had issues doing so manually as well. He phoned me and said he would block it out for us and we could pay when we arrived. The communication was fantastic from Alex. We had some issues on the day to some system errors which was rather frustrating, especially as we’d travelled an hour and a half up, however we rang Alex and he did everything he could for us. The Games Master, Becky, got to the site as soon as she could and gave us a good experience. It was unfortunate events but both Alex and Becky did all they could for us and it was appreciated. We did The Forbidden Room of Fun and it was a good room. I liked that you had a choice of difficulty too. It was a fun room as well as enjoyable puzzles. Would highly recommend especially due to the level of service :)”

“We had the lovely Agent Lucy look after us at our Escape Room adventure. We were welcomed at the entrance by Lucy and she was polite, smiling and made sure the group had a great experience. There was a slight issue with the bulb going so we were offered another room but the team decided to continue with the room using torches to see by instead. It made it harder but they all said how much fun it was. Will definitely come back to do another room, the team have even said they’d like to make sure Agent Lucy was the one running their room again.”

“Had an amazing time at Flip Out Basingstoke! Super clean, well-organised, and packed with fun for all ages. The trampolines, foam pits, and obstacle courses kept everyone entertained for hours. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the whole place had a great vibe. Perfect for burning off energy and having a laugh can’t wait to come back!”

“My family recently visited Atmosphere Trampoline Park in Basingstoke, and it was an absolute blast! “My daughter has been going to MonkeyMoos since September and I cannot praise it enough! The setting is bright, colourful and welcoming and the staff are all so lovely and enthusiastic. My daughter adores her key worker and willingly goes to her when I drop her off, which is such a relief for me as, like most Mums, I easily suffer with 'Mummy Guilt'! I cannot express how reassuring it is to know that my daughter is happy and well looked. I go to work happy, knowing she's absolutely fine and probably not missing me at all! It sounds cheesy but at MonkeyMoos you really do get a sense that each child is treated as an individual. When I drop my daughter off the staff are pleased to see her and when I pick her up I get a detailed run down of what she's been up to during the day, so it's obvious that she's had personal attention all day. The Tapestry is FAB! To get photo updates throughout the day is every Mum's dream come true! You feel like you're still involved in your child's day and again, it's reassuring when you see a photo of your child smiling and having a good day. My daughter's development has come on leaps and bounds since she's been going to nursery and we're almost wishing we'd sent her earlier! I would 100% recommend MonkeyMoos. I'm already dreading the day she'll have to leave :-)”

“My daughter has a rare genetic condition so I was really conflicted about sending her to nursery. From the first visit every member of staff I have interacted with has been lovely and they have gone above and beyond to not just accommodate her but to make her feel included and cared for. She is making great progress and really exploring her independence. I cannot thank everyone enough for everything they are doing to support us on this journey. She loves going to nursery! I highly recommend cornerstones, it the best decision we have made for her!”

“A fantastic house and walled garden to visit. Good parking with really nice volunteer staff to explain basic information on walking to the house and walled garden there is a longer walk along the riverside that includes the bird hide. Some wonderful rooms decorated in the style of the day with wonderful artwork and ceramics. I was particularly interested to see some very early maps of the UK with mileage indicated between important towns and cities. You’ll need a minimum of 3 hours to explore this beautiful house and grounds.”

“My parents live nearby and I often pop in with them. Very impressed with the amount of events that are available to join in with i.e. line dancing, yoga etc. There's also a cafe and coffee mornings. I've also used the charity shop which is open Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday until 4pm. There is also a day nursery attached. It's a well attended community centre, very clean and tidy with very friendly volunteers who are always willing to help or just have a chat.”

“We stayed for one night as a family. The hotel is in a great location with good parking. The room and hotel were exceptionally clean throughout, facilities are brilliant. The breakfast selection was great. The best thing about our stay, however, was the staff - particularly Khadija on reception when we checked in and Suleyman at breakfast. All the staff we met were so polite, friendly and helpful. They really made the stay even better. Thank you.”

“Hatch Warren Community Centre is first and foremost a large green space that is open to the public and free to visit, with a small free car park on site (just remember there is a one way system!). The space itself has 2/4 football pitches marked out for most of the year and is regularly cut by the council, so the grass is generally a sensible length year-round. There are some small wooded areas that separate the field from nearby housing areas, but you can explore some of these if you want a bit of variety on a walk. Great place to bring dogs and there are bins either end of the field for you to dispose of any "gifts". There is a small strip in the centre that was once part of a cricket pitch, but it's in no fit state to be used anymore for that purpose. Maybe the council will fix it once day? The hall itself often hosts events and is also open for private hire. It's worth checking their noticeboard or Facebook page to see what's on.”

We returned some faulty toddler joggers - leg seam was not stitched properly. without any issue -Tia dealt with us politely and professionally. “Steve recently provided the music for my daughters 18th. Steve was excellent in his approach and was very easy to speak to and supportive right from the off. The music on the night was excellent and the dance floor was packed. I would definitely recommend Steve and will certainly not hesitate to use again. Steve is a great bloke and a fantastic DJ!”

“Care feels so personal and a wonderful space for children to learn, play and grow. The fun environment includes pet fish, rabbits and goats. I'm impressed they noticed her interests from day one! They've improved her naps and she eats well. They're outdoors daily and activities are varied. Most importantly my baby loves it there!”
