“Booked our rooms for a wedding party a few months ago online and was made aware that we could pre book our rooms a couple of days before so all the family did that... We arrived on Friday afternoon and there was a little mix up with the rooms as it was quite important that we were close to my parents for medical reasons and thankfully we had fantastic service from Simona who resolved it at first touch, after explaining our circumstances. Rooms were clean, fridge, tea coffee and two bottles of water, iron in the room as well. Pillows were absolutely amazing had the best sleep in ages and the beds and duvets were so comfortable. Staff in the morning for breakfast were also very pleasant and helpful. Great selection of breakfast will definitely stay at the Hilton again. Thank you Simona for your help.”

“I am a lady in her 30s who is a working professional and was looking to find a house share very quickly due to personal circumstances. I wanted a straightforward and easy process, but braced myself for the minefield of trying to find the right place! I was so relieved when I found Snug as they have really thought about how to make renting so much easier and nicer for renters. Whether it be ample kitchen amenities (fridge space, dishwasher), communal spaces so you can interact with other housemates, plenty of bathrooms, community events so you can get to know other housemates at other properties or just making the admin side of things really easy, quick and straightforward - I even had a lovely welcome pack when I arrived with lots of goodies including a well needed "just moved in" needed coffee! The whole experience has been super easy and really personalised to make you feel welcomed into your new home. Really responsive when contacted, always helpful and everyone is so friendly, it just feels like you are staying at a mates place for a bit! Would thoroughly recommend :-)”

“Absolutely fantastic. Would highly recommend, Mario and Barbie are already booked in for Xmas. It's so lovely and reassuring to find somewhere trustworthy for our rabbits to go to when we're away. “Just came back from lovely Japanese dinner. Wine was perfectly paired with meal and food was absolutely delicious! Both Miwa and myself come from Japan and must say we rarely find authentic Japanese food around this area. So we were happy to taste authentic Japanese food and it was a perfect place to feel like back in Japan! Thank you ☺️”

“Great stay for a little escape from the busy London. Had a few meals at the Wild Carrot restaurant, everything was delicious, the dishes were full of flavour ( super recommend the duck breast and fish and chips ) and beautifully presented. Compliments to the chef for such creativity and attention to detail. You can really taste the passion in every bite, Chef Tang was amazing!”

“Highly recommended , jack was wonderful! We recently attended a puppy training session at Rags and Berts with our dachshund, Koi, and it was such a wonderful experience! Jack helped us so much to better understand our dog — how to help him enjoy life while also becoming a well-behaved and disciplined pup. You can really see how passionate Jack is about what he does; he works with so much patience, dedication, and genuine love for animals. We’re so grateful for everything we’ve learned and for how much progress Koi has made. Highly recommend Rags and Berts and Jack to anyone who wants the best start for their puppy!”

“The i2 Office in Reading is a lovely modern building with great facilities. The staff are very helpful and professional when greeting our guests and are always on hand if we need any help or assistant with anything at all. The building and shared space is always very clean and maintained to a very high standard. The office is also conveniently located close to the M4 and a short drive from Reading town centre and train station. It's a lovely office to work in!”

“I stayed at the Village Hotel Bracknell for a few days and was genuinely surprised by how much I liked it. The room was spotless, modern, and felt warm rather than sterile like many chain hotels. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower had that perfect water pressure you always hope for but rarely get. The staff were one of the best parts — everyone I interacted with was genuinely friendly and helpful, not just polite because they had to be. Check-in was fast, and it felt like they actually cared about making things easy for guests. The bar and restaurant had a great atmosphere in the evening, and the food was really good. Breakfast the next morning was fresh, well stocked, and the coffee was surprisingly great. I also used the gym and pool — both clean, modern, and clearly well maintained. The location made it easy to get around, especially if you’re driving. It’s close to the motorway, has plenty of parking, and isn’t far from places like Windsor or Ascot. Overall, it’s one of those hotels where everything just works the way it should. Comfortable, friendly, and stress-free — I’d definitely stay again. Celine very nice and kind❤️”

“Really quite exceptional hotel right by Farnborough Airport. I was in many ways taken aback by the quality of the hotel, the staff, the rooms and the food from the brasserie. This hotel has a lovely ‘feel’ to it, I felt welcomed, comfortable and relaxed. It’s clear that whoever is in charge has imbued the staff with a solid customer-focussed ethos. There are lots of ‘little touches’ you’ll love. I won’t spoil the surprise. Book a stay and see for yourself.”

The location is stunning—an old mansion surrounded by a huge estate that’s perfect for peaceful walks and quiet, relaxing days. The building itself is full of history and incredibly spacious, with each room offering its own charm. It’s the kind of place you want to return to again and again, just to experience staying in every room. The staff deserve special mention—they were wonderfully helpful and friendly. When we realized our Standard room was close to the wedding venue and a bit noisy, they quickly helped us move to a quieter room, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a memorable stay in a beautiful setting. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a mix of history, tranquility, and genuine hospitality.”

“I play the Sandford Springs Golf course at least once a month, and after having done that for three years, feel I'm best placed to write this review - excellent course and people The crew in the pro shop, Elloitt, Jasmine and Daniel are so helpful even when they are massively busy. First class Always eat & drink there after a round, and the food is excellent and the lovely smile from Jayne is a delight to come in to, especially on those typical British wet days. Green-keepers keep the course open all year, and love the challenge of the three distinctly different 9 hole courses. Absolutely no negatives, love the course and recommend that if you're in travelling distance, come and play here.”

The staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful, and the hotel's location is perfect for exploring the city. Our room is clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. “I was blown away! How can they do this for the price? It is not a suite, it's a full on one bedroom apartment and a big one at that. Full kitchen, washer/dryer, everything and directly in the middle of the entertainment district and a quick walk from the train station. I could live there. Oh yeah, and don't forget the over-the-top friendly, helpful and professional staff!”

“Attended a wedding on Sunday 14th December. Darren was our server. He was very polite, friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and everything was fine. Was more than happy to answer any questions we had. He is a credit to Audrey's wood. A great member of staff you have.”

Stephan also went above and beyond in accepting our request for late checkout which made our stay even better! Location is brilliant (only about 3mins from the centre and restaurants). “We had a function in the pub and it was a great experience. We had a dedicated function room separated from the main pub. The atmosphere both in the pub and in the function room are really lovely and the fireplaces give just the perfect place for a cosy dinner. Food was truly amazing. Great portions and quality food from the appetisers throughout the meal. Tagliatelle were cooked to perfection and the sea bass with the lemon sauce was mouthwatering. All through the meal, the sauces were just amazing. All the staff was really friendly and we had a great night out.”

“One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in for some time. The kindness and helpfulness of the staff is one of the outstanding qualities of his hotel. The breakfast is on par with most Michelin star restaurants. We stayed in a suite in the House Building. Quality of the furnishings, the style and the cleanliness were exceptional. . Everything was chic but luxurious . I am now looking for reasons to return to Reading so I can stay here again .”
