He kept me informed of the whole process and I couldn’t be more pleased. The sale coordinator Trudy was also very efficient. We completed within 2 months and I highly recommend Winkworth to anyone considering a sale.

He was also really supportive throughout the purchase process. Both Matt and Trudy were always quick to respond to emails and queries, offering helpful guidance along the way.    Winkworth in Reading is a very responsive and responsible property agency. The director James Old leads an effective team. I was first approached by James when I was still in overseas. He was both patient and persistent in feeding me property rental market information. I am very glad James found the right tenants for me. The deal was handled in a clean, detailed and professional manner. I like the team spirit of the company. They were fast and relevant whenever I had queries. The service pricing is reasonable. Here I recommend Winkworth without hesitation!

   We recently sold our flat through Winkworth and would highly recommend them. Their price was as good as we found and we couldn’t fault the service. Robin was knowledgeable on the local market, both in terms of prices and strategies for selling under the current conditions. We were happy with the feedback we got from Nicola after viewings and then the regular communication from Robin thereafter. We sold our flat after the first day of viewings and achieved the top end of what we were hoping for (and above what other estate agents had suggested). Our purchase ended up being particularly stressful due to delays and poor communication from our buyer and their solicitor. Robin was very good at chasing both to ensure we made our completions deadline. I honestly don’t believe we would have made our deadline without Robin’s tenacity. I have no regrets using Winkworth what so ever and would highly recommend them.

   We were initially renting a property through Winkworth and had just had a house purchase fall through on the sellers side. When our rental agent heard about this, he got his colleague in the house sales department to get in touch with us as they’d just had a similar property come on the market. This impressed me as it showed that both the sales and rentals departments communicate with each other. After seeing the house, and throughout the process of submitting the offer right down to completion, our agent, Robin, was a true professional. He gave us the details we needed to make an informed decision, was very courteous and professional in his communications, and kept us up to date with everything that was going on with the process, leaving us wanting for nothing. Excellent service, would highly recommend!

Whomever I had a chat with they were just good and super customer focused. The property was sold in couple of hours, just as per their promise.
