I wanted a straightforward and easy process, but braced myself for the minefield of trying to find the right place! I was so relieved when I found Snug as they have really thought about how to make renting so much easier and nicer for renters. Whether it be ample kitchen amenities (fridge space, dishwasher), communal spaces so you can interact with other housemates, plenty of bathrooms, community events so you can get to know other housemates at other properties or just making the admin side of things really easy, quick and straightforward - I even had a lovely welcome pack when I arrived with lots of goodies including a well needed "just moved in" needed coffee! The whole experience has been super easy and really personalised to make you feel welcomed into your new home. Really responsive when contacted, always helpful and everyone is so friendly, it just feels like you are staying at a mates place for a bit! Would thoroughly recommend :-)”

“The i2 Office in Reading is a lovely modern building with great facilities. The staff are very helpful and professional when greeting our guests and are always on hand if we need any help or assistant with anything at all. The building and shared space is always very clean and maintained to a very high standard. The office is also conveniently located close to the M4 and a short drive from Reading town centre and train station. It's a lovely office to work in!”

“I was blown away! How can they do this for the price? It is not a suite, it's a full on one bedroom apartment and a big one at that. Full kitchen, washer/dryer, everything and directly in the middle of the entertainment district and a quick walk from the train station. I could live there. As managers on behalf of the landlord, they were quick to arrange repairs and were available pretty much 7 days a week. (Needless to say, tap leaks etc. always happen on a weekend LOL.) “Found Ashbrook apartments after a search for a weekend hideaway in a wider area. Could not have been more pleasantly surprised. The village of Blewbury is absolutely idyllic and most probably a well kept secret by its inhabitants. The apartments form part of an old barn conversion and have been created very well. The forecourt/parking area is off the main road and the apartments are consequently quiet and secluded. Everything inside was clean and well thought out and the arrangements for the booking and communication could not have been better. Will definitely return when next in the area.”

“A very nice apartment with lovely furnishings and spotlessly clean and spacious. The only problem is parking on the road. Free parking overnight after 6:00 pm but the number of spaces is very limited and you have to keep going round waiting for one other car to leave before you can get in. It took me 2 hours to get a parking space one night.”
