“This accomodation was great. Nice service, fantastic location, good communication. Earplugs available, as you are so close to Cavern Clubbing area, that there might be noise coming from there, tho we did not have any complaints on this. The appartment is great, yet a climb of 3 stairs and elevator is out of service, one inside, there is plenty of room to stretch your legs and relax. All is taken care of, all amenities are there, its comfy and clean. Highly recommend.”

“Stayed for one night as a party of four dropping off a niece to university. Where to start….. fantastic value for money. It’s a hidden gem for the price. We met Laura on reception and Sam who works in the office, these two girls were the most welcoming, down to earth girls we have ever met working in hospitality. They made us feel right at home and took the time to answer all our questions and gave us great advice and tips for our stay in Liverpool. Blew away by their friendliness, they both made our day and because of the whole experience staying here, we cannot wait to come back again. Thank you girls, yous are diamonds. “An amazing place to stay, it is in the centre of Liverpool, and the room is very clean and large. The Wifi is also quick! Overall, I really enjoyed the stay at the James during the past two years. Also, when my parents visited me last December, they stayed at the James as well, and they had a really good experience. Ellie and John are so nice, friendly and helpful! Highly recommended!”

“Very good location. Spacious room with Microwave, fridge, toaster, and kettle. Clean and tidy too! The only problem we had was the shower that was very warm, but they immediately fixed it for us. Overall, I would recommend this accommodation to friends who are visiting Liverpool.”

“Everything was just perfect.The apartment was so clean, beds were comfortable, lounge area very comfortable, the kitchen had everything you need and very clean , bathrooms were spotless and showers powerful. Staff at reception were excellent and very friendly. Location was amazing right in the centre and only a short walk to all the attractions, restaurant and shops. After a disappointing 3 months finding a suitable tenant with two other companies on the Wirral I moved my business to propeller lettings. I found them extremely professional, caring and astute. The area is lovely, really close to Lark Lane, it’s quiet, my housemates are lovely, everyone is respectful of each other and I couldn’t be happier. “This accommodation is in a very convenient location: it’s easy to quickly nip down to the Tesco/Heron Foods underneath the building, plenty of cafés nearby, and it is just across the road from the South Campus of the University of Liverpool. I have an ensuite room in a flat shared with two other people. The shared living area is a bit small, but it’s cosy and perfectly fine for the number of people sharing it. My room itself is spacious, and the ensuite bathroom looks modern and clean. During the first month after moving in, the internet wasn’t great and was often slow or would sometimes cut out. However, since then I haven’t really had any issues and the WiFi is usually around ~100 Mbps download/upload speed. The only small issue is the washing machines — occasionally they are not working at all. Additionally, having to use coins for Myrtle Street is a bit inconvenient — I would prefer to use a card system like at Bedford Court.”

“These apartments were very modern and have everything you need, a fully kitted out kitchen, pull out beds, separate rooms and the location is handy enough, 5/10 minute walk away from shops and bars.”

“Lovely location, right next to the racecourse. An easy 10 minute walk to the city centre. Place is compact, clean and tidy with 2 good bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 1 en-suite. Excellent.”
