This accommodation is in a very convenient location: it’s easy to quickly nip down to the Tesco/Heron Foods underneath the building, plenty of cafés nearby, and it is just across the road from the South Campus of the University of Liverpool. I have an ensuite room in a flat shared with two other people. The shared living area is a bit small, but it’s cosy and perfectly fine for the number of people sharing it. My room itself is spacious, and the ensuite bathroom looks modern and clean. During the first month after moving in, the internet wasn’t great and was often slow or would sometimes cut out. However, since then I haven’t really had any issues and the WiFi is usually around ~100 Mbps download/upload speed. The only small issue is the washing machines — occasionally they are not working at all. Additionally, having to use coins for Myrtle Street is a bit inconvenient — I would prefer to use a card system like at Bedford Court.

Absolutely loved living here for the first year of my university experience. It’s great value for money and the 3 person apartments are nice if you and your friends are super close. Only thing I would note is the distance to the medical school and town centre, but apart from that the location (being next door to tesco and heron foods) is amazing.

Currently staying in Bedford House, with Urban Sleep for the academic year 25/26. But I have rebooked for the academic year 26/27. I had some initial issues with my studio flat including a broken bin, broken heater and issues with water, however, these were slowly resolved and after a change of management about a month into my stay, these were fully resolved and I am so glad, as I am now really enjoying my stay. I am really enjoying having a personal space whilst studying at university. Bedford House is so close to the university of liverpool, it is perfect. My studio flat has a view of the catholic cathedral, which is lovely and it is close to a Tesco Express which is ideal. I can walk in to the city centre in 10-15 minutes. Because of the flat I chose, I do not socialise much within my building - however, people are friendly in passing. I would imagine being in a shared flat is very sociable. I would recommend staying with Urban Sleep.

Awesome location, Wi-Fi is also great with some occasional patches but nothing to worry about. In terms of value for money, It is beyond satisfactory with large rooms and great bathrooms. The showers get warm quickly and maintains a constant water pressure. It is also located very close to south campus (

I’ve had such a great experience living at Bedford Court. The location alone is unbeatable — everything I need as a student is right on the doorstep: campus, shops, cafes, and bus routes all super close. My room is modern, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious, and the building always feels secure and well-maintained. One of the best parts is the sense of community. There are always friendly faces around and regular social events that make it really easy to meet people and feel at home. The staff deserve a special shoutout too — they’re always happy to help, quick to respond, and genuinely care about the students here. Overall, Bedford Court has made my student life so much easier and so much more fun. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, social, and stress-free place to live!

Staying in a platinum studio for my PhD so far has been a great experience. The accommodation staff on the front desk and the maintenance team are really friendly and helpful at resolving any issues. The studio itself is spacious and has its own living room and kitchen areas, with all the facilities you need within it. The building is quiet, so you can study at home easily. The location is also ideal with it being really close to campus, town, and above local shops. I am very happy that I will be staying here for the remainder of my studies!

This student accommodation is one of the best in the city. The staff is always helpful and kind. It is very close to university and it has shops and markets in the area. The flat looks nice and the rooms are lovely. I love the quiet atmosphere and how the neighbours are nice and respectful. It has a flexible tenancy, which is very satisfying for an international student, therefore, this accomodation is a great place for students in Liverpool. I totally recommend it.

The accommodation is stylishly designed, with clean and tidy furniture. Location is brilliant, easy access to university and town centre. Staffs are attentive to detail and helpful. All in all, a very delightful stay in Myrtle street apartment.

Decent student accom. Stayed here for an academic year in their ensuite shared 3 bedroom flats with my mates. Had its ups and downs, but its great if you're looking for a quiet, homely room and in good budget. It is unmatched in terms of location; being located relatively on University of Liverpool campus, a 10 minute walk from the city's busy Bold street, and in the neighbourhood to a 6-11 Tesco store, Heron foods and a KFC. The staff and reception are helpful and its great for international and local students alike. The internet however is quite challenging to survive with as a student. Neighbouring rooms and flats have little to no privacy and the furniture and appliances can be relatively fragile/short-lived. Limited facilities too, but a decent accom for groups looking to live together.

I could not recommend Urban Sleep enough. They are extremely professional, the apartments are all to a high standard and they have an in house maintenance team which makes things super easy. All the neighbours are really nice and respectful I had a leak in my apartment, they went out of their way to help and put me in another apartment whilst they sorted it. I enjoyed my time there and would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a professional let in Liverpool.
