Helen, Gaynor and Jayne have all been friendly responsive and professional. Helen is down to earth, understanding and committed to delivering a good service - you can see it. I collected my keys from Jayne and Gaynor - I couldn’t be happier with the service, response times and personal touch. Great team and look forward to dealing with them in future lettings/sales.

Blue Row have been the letting agent for my rental property for over 15 years. During this time, I had had several tenants move in, remain for several years, and then move out. Blue Row have repeatedly quickly sourced new tenants, managed the start of the tenancy and the ongoing rental, and eventually managed the tenant departing. They have always demonstrated the highest levels of professionalism and helpfulness. Recently, a tenant significantly breached the rules of the tenancy agreement and Blue Row provided excellent advice and managed the entire process, to my advantage. Without their help, I would have struggled to manage the situation properly. I absolutely recommend Blue Row to any landlord looking for an excellent letting agent.

Bluerow, in particular Helen, was great. She was accommodating when I needed unsocial hours for viewings. She helped be by giving her personal time to help me complete an application as english not my first language. She kept me in formed all along the way, whenever I told an repair the response was quick and clear. I am only sorry that I didn't find them years ago. i have always felt in save hands and respected.

They didn’t save my viewing appointment or details, used annual leave to leave work early and nobody turned up, I call and they say the place is off the market as they received an application yesterday and didn’t bother updating Rightmove. I’m almost glad I didn’t view it because I wouldn’t want to deal with incompetent letting agents as a tenant. As per your response, I wasn’t in the system because you didn’t do it correctly on your end, I didn’t receive a text or email because you didn’t save my details, your agent was apologetic on the phone but that doesn’t change the fact that this was a massive inconvenience, and the property is still listed as available online!

I've recently moved into my first property and although it's been a long and stressful process, I just wanted to pass my thanks along to Blue Row and Lauren Williams in particular. I know she shared a lot of my frustration at times! I can't thank her enough for her tireless work, even answering my emails way past her working hours (which I would never have expected her to do) going above and beyond to help in any way she could. She is a credit to the company and the way she helped with the purchase was exemplary. So much so I would definitely come to Bluerow with any potential sale in the future and I would recommend them to anyone.

Terrible agents for letting. Prospective tenants be careful!! Extremely bad experiences of a family member in dealing with them. Non-responsive, lazy and will find reasons to try and keep as much of your deposit as possible. Very unprofessional and callous. Some government body should do a thorough audit on them. Wish there minus stars!

Sadly Bluerow have no interest in looking after tenants once they have your money. The property management via Gaynor is terrible. When I first moved in the flat had not been cleaned properly- I had to clean all the kitchen cupboards and remove debris from the dishwasher including tuna chunks and a twig to get it to function. Thereafter every issue I raised by email would wait ages for an initial response, if at all. Gaynor might email about something else and even if I emailed back within the hour and asked for an update on issues, suddenly there would be no more emails for months! An issue I had with my washing machine raised in December 2021 was not resolved even when I ended my tenancy July 2022. This is despite several emails with videos and photos to both Helen and Gaynor. It takes months for initial response by email - usually saying “is this still an issue?” (which it obviously is when they haven’t bothered to resolve it!) and further weeks until a contractor gets in touch, often they are promised but never arrive! On one occasion Gaynor told me someone had come to the property - either they let themselves in without my permission and didn’t fix anything or they didn’t come at all and she was lying… When I asked about it, I of course received no response until she wanted to know if I was going to continue my tenancy, with no comment on the above issues. From this I can only surmise that Gaynor is unable or unwilling to do her job and will lie about it as well. Various hygiene, health and safety issues about the building and its state of disrepair were simply “passed on to building management” and it was claimed any further action was not in the remit of the agents. As someone who has previously owned and let out property via agents I know that it is the responsibility of the agents and the landlord to liaise with management to get issues resolved! The building did not have secure doors, including the front door. This enabled individuals to sleep and urinate in the stairwells. One lift was out of order for the entirety of my tenancy with the other frequently out of service. Even if Bluerow don’t care about tenants surely they should want to keep the landlords property from damage, but ultimately the property management team come across as lazy and unhelpful. After I vacated the flat the team had the audacity to charge me for cleaning (it was cleaner when I moved out than when I moved in) and there was significant delay in even telling me the cleaning costs (and therefore returning my deposit) despite multiple texts in the interim asking about the council tax banding and wifi provider, which should have been known to them, as the agents. If you are a prospective tenant I strongly urge you to consider letting via an alternative agent.

Thank you Helen and team for your first class service over 12 years - I think that says it all! Consistently helpful, reliable and highly professional as letting agents and more recently in the successful sale of my property. Would highly recommend their services. It has been a pleasure to deal with you. My very best wishes to you all.

We are highly grateful to Lauren for all help and assistance in purchasing our property. Our journey started in March and in spite of some unexpected delays throughout the whole process Lauren was always trying to facilitate the communication with seller ensuring we would receive all the needed information on time. Lauren assisted us during a number of viewings of the property and she waited for us even beyond her normal working hours in case of problems with measurements etc. Professional, knowledgeable and always very keen to help and going the extra miles to ensure we were getting all the needed information. Thanks to Helen as well. We would not hesitate to work with Bluerow again in future and highly recommend this agency to other people Thanks for providing an excellent service
