I am leaving a review for these guys after 6 months as i'm just going through my old stuff and i had forgotten to do this. My residence is in Birmingham and i owned a property in Liverpool. After two years of misery from other estate agents these guys were the ones for me. They took full control of the situation. I had to visit once a month when i was dealing with the other agents, with these guys i didn't have to visit at all.
These guys are professional, they know what their talking about, i don't think they just want your money (after all they are in business so they want something) - i think they genuinely value your custom. They understand that good business is from word of mouth. These guys are busy and they busy for a reason. I had no problems with them. Wishing them success.

Unprofessional, disgusting attitude and incompetent at every aspect of their jobs. These are the type of people you wish would claim job seekers, just to provide a better service than they are now!
John and Matt both own the company but will play dumb with you and pretend to be out or use the other guy as an excuse (Grants response is a perfect example!).

If zero stars was an option I would of rated at this. Firstly there seems to be no structure in the office, upon calling the office it seems that one guy in particular is the only person to answer a question about a property and he is always 'due in later'
I viewed a property just days after it went onto the market and on the viewing told the agent I would like to make an offer. He looked at me like I had just offended him, and replied 'call the office in the morning'
I then went into a biddIng war with the current tenant at that time who eventually purchased the property. To this day I firmly believe that the agent never passed on my offers to the vendor as I have since found out, as well as being the agent selling that property, he was also the tenants mortgage advisor, informing the tenant of my offers and to raise his accordingly, which means the agent received the fee for selling the property and also the mortgage advisor fee.
I was told by email that I had not been successful with my final offer on that property, which personally I think is so un professional, if you have the time to type and send an email, you have the time to pick up the phone. The agents name is John.
Avoid this agent.
