   Thank you so much to the team at Now Rooms for making my move to the area a year ago so easy. Kostas is so friendly and helpful, he showed me a few places until I found a suitable one. Kyle looked after the house and was always on hand to help with anything & the team overall including Tiffany are all lovely and helpful. Had no issues getting my deposit back either. If I ever need a HMO again, I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Thank you again ⭐️

   Now Rooms have been amazing at helping me to move into a HMO in Liverpool. The area is lovely, really close to Lark Lane, it’s quiet, my housemates are lovely, everyone is respectful of each other and I couldn’t be happier. Special shout out to Will from Now Rooms who showed me a couple of houses before I moved in and couldn’t have been more professional or friendly, and answered any and all questions I had, and was always a text/email/phone call away, he really made the moving process smooth and easy!

   Now where can I start? Absolute gem of an agent, specifically Kostas. I've been liaising with Now Rooms for a few weeks as I'm relocating for a role in the area and I've been pretty stressed. I reached out to Now Rooms and outlined requirements I have and Kostas to the rescue. The main thing I see here is respect and professionalism across the board which is remarkable and something I find key in anything as important as a move and housing. Kostas and I worked on what would work for me and that is also something that is key, such as how a house share fits in with day to day requirements and the right fit for the person. Something I also want to praise Now Rooms for is the quality of their properties and their furnishings. Everything is top notch and they are clearly very proud of their portfolio and that shines through, as well their properties. That's very important as the furnishings are rock solid. Again, Now Rooms know *exactly* what they're doing, as does Kostas, and respect and professionalism is them. Brilliant people/team and brilliant property portfolio. They also calm you down when moving is super stressful!

   I had stayed 2 weeks in an Airbnb, viewed several houses, and was beginning to feel like I was asking for too much when I encountered Now Rooms. I just paid for my 3rd week at the Airbnb when I began the conversation with Will. Will was kind. He showed me about 4 houses in one day and I was able to make a choice same day - Shared house with spacious ensuite Room, has tumble dryer, and neat. I am really pleased with their service and will recommend this company to anyone I know searching for an accommodation.

   Inquiring for properties to let from overseas proved to be a daunting exercise - until I got in contact with Now Rooms Liverpool. Previous agents I had inquired from were largely unresponsive or unwilling to put any extra efforts to support oversea tenancy applications (such as providing online viewings). However Now Rooms were very friendly and responsive, taking into consideration our unique circumstances. Their verification processes are quick, efficient and customer-friendly. In addition, their application fees are affordable. Contracting was easily done online. The house largely meets our wish list- spacious and fully furnished. We are a week away from moving in and couldn't be happier. Thank you specifically to Collby and Harriet for your guidance and prompt responses. Highly recommend

The agency is reliable, they deal with any issues in the house promptly. They have a cleaner for communal areas who leaves everything sparkling. The en-suite rooms are up to date, have TV's and fridges in them for convenience. Overall, quite happy with my move! I Recommend this agency.

   Highly recommend Now Rooms - I'm new to the area so I gave Collby a criteria of what I was looking for, and the first property I viewed was exactly what I was after. The moving in process was smooth and a straight forward experience. Since moving in, I've only had one minor issue of not having window blinds in my room (due to the room being recently refurbished), but this was resolved straightaway so I've got no complaints on my end.
