“We had a lovely stay at the Garden Apartment a few weeks ago. It is beautifully furnished, was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Especially the beds. Having driven up from London with elderly parents it was just what we needed. The owners had very kindly stocked up the fridge and freezer which came in very handy for breakfast next morning. And was truly appreciated. As was the Netflix and music streaming on Alexa. We also noticed plenty of board games and dvds for families with younger children. Would definitely recommend .”

“Great location. Lots of lovely places to eat and drink in walking distance. Very close to city centre. Couldn’t really be better in that respect. Despite being very busy location didn’t notice any noise. Property itself was exactly as pictured and what we were expecting. Very rustic vibes. Majority of what you would need is provided. Several comments made previously about codes - very clear to follow instructions sent and we had no bother with this. Few points though. Bed wasn’t the comfiest ever. Rather hard mattress. There wasn’t any toilet roll provided which is the first I’ve had that - there is a Sainsbury’s within 2 minute walk. There had clearly been a leak recently in the entrance hallway, which did mean there was some mould growing., with a rather bad smell. Could at times smell in flat especially when heating was on. Of note, there is quite a few stairs - we had no bother but just for people with limited mobility to be conscious of this. Great and proactive host.”

“I had a great stay here. The bathroom was modern and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the service was really nice. I asked for cheese to have for breakfast and they brought me some. The breakfast basket they provided contained some nice items. I had a one day stay for business. Booking was through our corporate system. I managed to park on premises, no issues as the site is safe. Upon leaving they requested payment, I mentioned that the corporate booking company would settle, and offered to leave my details in case of issues, they appreciated this. No problems whatsoever. I'd definitely stay again when visiting Manchester for business. If there's one thing I would like them to improve is the breakfast offering. There's a fridge in the room, please offer slices of cold cuts such as cheese and ham along with bread and butter, you don't need to leave these items in the fridge for every guest but I do believe you should have them on demand if requested. I was provided two small blocks of cheese rather than slices, I was happy to have the cheese but I was unable to have a "proper" breakfast sandwich of buttered bread with cheese and ham slices... a chunky block of cheese does not taste very good in the middle of a huge piece of bread.”

“We stayed at Native Manchester for one night and I would definitely stay here again. For the price, it felt like excellent value compared to other options in the area, especially considering the size of the studio and the quality of reviews. Communication was seamless, I received WhatsApp updates throughout my journey, from details about the room number and PIN code to notifications that the room was ready and a reminder for check-out. The process was essentially self-service, though there is a reception available if needed. I found the whole system very streamlined and convenient. We parked at Dale Street car park, which cost around £20 for 24 hours, and from there it was just a short walk to the hotel. The building itself is really impressive, it used to be a cotton factory, and they’ve done a great job blending the original industrial character with modern design. We booked a studio apartment, which came with a bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom had towels and toiletries (shampoo and shower gel), while the kitchen had all the day-to-day essentials, plus tea, coffee, and even a small bottle of milk in the fridge. There was also an iron, ironing board, and hairdryer in the room. The bed was very comfortable, big, and overall, the space felt well thought out and homely. One small piece of feedback from my partner is that a larger mirror, or a mirror in better lighting, would have been useful for doing hair and makeup. As well, it would have been useful if there was some tissues, like kitchen roll etc. All in all, the studio had everything we needed, the atmosphere was great, and I would happily recommend Native Manchester to anyone visiting the city.”

“Honestly, this place was fantastic - i stayed here for just over a week on business - the first thing that struck me was how clean the property was and also the size of it. Honestly, it is one of the amazing places in Manchester from the first moment when you walk in the Receptionist they welcomed us with a smile after that we met Osman Nazar from ACL Lettings he welcomed us and showed us the flat and all the facilities, he was honest with us and helped us through the whole process and I appreciate all his efforts and the support he gave to us. Unlike other agenciesI found that with ACL it was easy to get an appointment and to proceed with the viewing. Osman he did a greart job, he was very professional with us and we felt comfortable in our viewing with no rushing unfortunately like other agencies. I loved all the facilities especially the swimming pool, gym everything was very clean and spotless. “I rented with Manchester Rent-A-Home for a year and I received great support and correspondence throughout the year from all staff. All of our maintenance issues were dealt with promptly and effectively, including replacement of a broken washing machine and assistance with leaks in the property. Inspections or fire alarm tests were alerted to us in advance and Vanessa and Danielle offered excellent communication and service throughout our tenancy. The property was affordable and in a good area of Manchester, close to city centre and our transition from Ireland to the year's tenancy in England was seamless.
