One of the best hotels ive ever stayed in. The foyer is visually stunning and the rooms and bathrooms were huge. Really good wifi and stable chrimecast for the tv. Ceiling fan was nice and did the job too, dont see those very often. Room even had a mini fridge, iron and hairdryer which were all welcome bonuses. Staff couldnt be nicer too, would always say hello and ask how things were.

Liked · Location is amazing; it literally only took 5 minutes to walk to Piccadilly Train Station. The city center is roughly 10-12 minutes of walk away. Room was spacey with almost everything you would need in a "house" as in accessories and equipment. (Only thing I missed was the toiletries but that is still cool) Every single member of staff we interacted with was very helpful and cheerful. We felt secure and valued. Both during the arrival and departure, they kept our luggage in a secure room as well. Less liked · We had the fire alarm in the building go off a few times during our visit. Well, this is not particularly the property's fault. When we inquired we also found out there was a structured evacuation plan in case of some serious event as well. Due to the flooring choice it was close to impossible to walk around the room without waking up the kid in the middle of the night. :)

Check out the full review on YT Channel Stayed for 1 night. Booked the Premium one bedroom Apartment. Firstly Native contact you by whatsapp and also notified me when the room was to check in, which was fantastic. All rooms have codes on the door and you are whatsapp'd the code so you dont need a key. Building itself is the old Grade 2 listed Ducie street warehouse and its fantastic with the exposed brick and iron work. Huge lounge, bar and restaurant on the ground floor, as well as an outside terrace. Room itself was fantastic, well done and clean and tidy. Kitchen, dining and lounge area open plan but offering everything you need and with plenty of room. Bedroom was big and comfortable as well. Bathroom worked well and was big enough for 1 or 2. Shower was abit dark due to its position. Overall apartment was a little on the dark side and you did get plenty of street noise coming in as well as some noise from other apartments. Some plug sockets didnt work in the kitchen and the TV flickered alot. For the price, location and the size of the apartment. Having the ability to cook own meals then i would definitely stay here again!

This hotel strikes the perfect balance between classic charm and modern comfort. You can tell they’ve preserved some of the timeless touches that give the place real character, while keeping everything fresh, clean, and comfortable. The location couldn’t be better — it’s surrounded by great restaurants, and the train station is just around the corner, making it incredibly convenient for getting anywhere in the city. The hotel’s own restaurant is great for a quick breakfast! They offer excellent food and a warm, inviting atmosphere. The front desk staff were another highlight. They were friendly, professional, and full of great local suggestions — from hidden gems to must-try eateries, their recommendations never missed. They really helped our experience in Manchester! Overall, this hotel offers great value, a welcoming feel, and unbeatable access to everything you could need. I’d absolutely stay here again. I would absolutely stay again!

We stayed at Native Manchester for one night and I would definitely stay here again. For the price, it felt like excellent value compared to other options in the area, especially considering the size of the studio and the quality of reviews. Communication was seamless, I received WhatsApp updates throughout my journey, from details about the room number and PIN code to notifications that the room was ready and a reminder for check-out. The process was essentially self-service, though there is a reception available if needed. I found the whole system very streamlined and convenient. We parked at Dale Street car park, which cost around £20 for 24 hours, and from there it was just a short walk to the hotel. The building itself is really impressive, it used to be a cotton factory, and they’ve done a great job blending the original industrial character with modern design. We booked a studio apartment, which came with a bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom had towels and toiletries (shampoo and shower gel), while the kitchen had all the day-to-day essentials, plus tea, coffee, and even a small bottle of milk in the fridge. There was also an iron, ironing board, and hairdryer in the room. The bed was very comfortable, big, and overall, the space felt well thought out and homely. One small piece of feedback from my partner is that a larger mirror, or a mirror in better lighting, would have been useful for doing hair and makeup. As well, it would have been useful if there was some tissues, like kitchen roll etc. All in all, the studio had everything we needed, the atmosphere was great, and I would happily recommend Native Manchester to anyone visiting the city.

I love the architecture of the place. It feels authentically Manchester. The place is beautifully located, right smack in the center of the city. The bed was comfortable. I was able to cook myself a healthy meal. The room had both a dishwasher and washing machine. Everything was fabulous. Will definitely stay here again.

Great apartment hotel - spacious rooms with luxury feel and great quality. Reception staff are happy, friendly and helpful. Location is fantastic. We were worried about it being a little noisy but soundproofing is good. Much better value and quality than most 5* hotels in central Manchester. Highly recommended.

We loved native. It's architecturally really interesting - really great use of this space. The room was beautiful and a lovely place to come back to. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. A couple of things that would have made it even better would have been some drawers to put clothes in and a full length mirror. All in all though we had a really great time and will definitely be back.

We have stayed at the Native on a few occasions and we are never disapointed. The apartments are relaxing, modern and clean. The rooms are quiet and very very comfortable. Downstairs there is also a trendy place to eat and drink which is great. The staff are always pleasant and ready to go that extra mile. We look forward to our stay again next month!

Amazing stay! Great location, right next to the Piccadilly station. They upgraded us from studio to 1 bedroom apartment for free! Really clean and modern design loft like apartment. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They let us keep our luggage even after checkout. Would definitely recommend.
