He was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease in February and we’d already booked two holidays so we knew he’d have to go to a cattery. We spoke to Maria and arranged a visit and were very impressed so Sid was booked in for his holiday. It was the first time Sid had been away from home and Lovi Pet looked after him so well. They managed his medicine and ensured he settled in. The cameras are fantastic to check how he was and it was really reassuring to see him relaxed and at ease. “Catsworth House is a delightful cattery , very well organised immaculately clean and welcoming Andrea takes an personal interest and responsibility for all her guests. Our 2 cats were a little nervous at first but under Andrea's tender care they soon settled. Catsworth is top of our list for the care of our cats for our future trips away. Many thanks”

“We used Manchester Travels back in 2019 when we went hajj. The service provided by Hafiz Shahin, Kamal bhai and the team was exceptional, they made us feel very comfortable from start to finish. It was then that we promised, we will use Manchester Travels for our family umrah. They didn't disappoint again, as expected, guiding us all the way thorough. My kids felt so relaxed and at home. “I can't recommend the Doggie House highly enough, everyone is fantastic they really care and love all the dogs that go. We lost our dog in December she had been going to the Doggie house for 8years or so, our new girl wolfie is now going and I know when I leave her she is haveing a great play time. “Great location. Lots of lovely places to eat and drink in walking distance. Very close to city centre. Couldn’t really be better in that respect. Despite being very busy location didn’t notice any noise. Property itself was exactly as pictured and what we were expecting. Very rustic vibes. Majority of what you would need is provided. Several comments made previously about codes - very clear to follow instructions sent and we had no bother with this. Few points though. Bed wasn’t the comfiest ever. Rather hard mattress. There wasn’t any toilet roll provided which is the first I’ve had that - there is a Sainsbury’s within 2 minute walk. There had clearly been a leak recently in the entrance hallway, which did mean there was some mould growing., with a rather bad smell. Could at times smell in flat especially when heating was on. Of note, there is quite a few stairs - we had no bother but just for people with limited mobility to be conscious of this. Great and proactive host.”

“These offices are a great work space, very modern, professional and beautifully maintained - we love working here. The Pure team are extremely easy to deal with, supportive and efficient - meaning we can focus on our business rather than managing office space - as a small business this is really important. Car parking and location are also excellent. We moved here from a previous managed serviced office business and it's one of the best decisions we've made. We'd highly recommend Pure.”

“Needed an emergency accommodation due to Dv and I was booked in to the hotel at the last minute, At first I was afraid when I was told it is an hotel due to my terrible experience some years back and to my surprise it was the best I have ever gotten. No discrimination plus I needed Ramadan timetable calendar. Because where I was coming form,the time is different plus google keeps giving different time. I was afraid to asked the staff but to my surprise when I asked he told me the time and also gave me a picture…. Overall it is the best place ever especially if you have children the room is so big and accommodating I just wish their is a cooker but even without that the hotel is the best and cleanliness hotel I have ever seen and best location.”

“My Cat Simba is always very well looked after. Chris and Julie are very friendly, and always put all the animals needs first. The place is clean and tidy, and easily accessible from the M65. I won't take Simba anywhere else, he has had 8 successful stays.”

Both the dinner and breakfast restaurant staff were also lovely, and the food was very good. The location is convenient, making it easy to get around the city. We had booked connecting rooms and received exactly what we requested — the rooms were spacious, bright, and comfortable. A great choice for families and anyone visiting Manchester.”

“We've just picked our dog Stitch up from her second stay at Springbank Farm Kennels. Can't thank Niamh and the staff enough for looking after her. Thanks also for the little updates whilst we were away. I don't know what magic they weave whilst we're away but Stitch is a fussy eater at home ( my fault for being too soft with her giving her treats etc) but when we come home her appetite is fantastic. We will most definitely be using these wonderful Kennels again and can't recommend them enough 10/10”

“The Royal is an hidden gem the food is outstanding all home cooked, and excellent value for money. The menu caters for all, the Sunday lunches are amazing all freshly prepared and if you don’t have room for your dessert you can take it home. The homemade pies a choice of Cheese or Meat are freshly made by Alison are a worth a try they are delicious. It is well worth a visit and the prices are extremely reasonable. The staff go above and beyond they are so friendly especially Alison & Nicola.”
