“Such a lovely experience. Had the Mix and Match Spa treatments here today - salt scrub, massage and facial, and can't recommend the spa and the staff highly enough. I'm pregnant and was a little nervous before I went, but my therapist, Aimee, was brilliant. She made sure I was comfy and that my bump was supported throughout. The treatments were excellent and felt like real luxury. Aimee worked specifically on my extra tight muscles - not something you usually get at a cosmetic spa, so that was a huge unexpected bonus. The spa atmosphere itself is lovely, great products and lovely staff throughout my visit. Would definitely recommend!”

“I looked around at many others for price and reputation, this was the best. for full mouth dentistry. The whole team couldn’t be more friendly, competent and professional. The reception fronted by the unbelievable skills of Mandi who found slots that didn’t exist , right through to the dentist Hamza who worked miracles at times that were definitely testing and long even the odd weekend. Nothing was to much trouble. A perfectionist if ever there was one . Thankyou team all of you, not a bad one between you”

We got our little Dachshund just as we entered the first lockdown, so there was inevitable anxiety around a lack of socialising, but DC has ensured our pup is so confident and happy around other dogs. The staff are so attentive and update me with honest feedback whenever I ask for it. The picture/video updates during the day of all the dogs having fun, regular themed parties throughout the year and goody bags are all examples of extra touches which makes this such a great day-care. “Having not owned a hot tub before it was a big decision for us to make the purchase and we had LOTS of questions. So happy we chose hot tubs direct, all the people we have dealt with have been friendly and knowledgeable, the tub was ordered and delivered in the specified time period, we needed a crane to lift the tub over the house, hot tubs direct arranged everything. Even after purchase they are always on hand to answer any questions, Chloe especially deserves our thanks as she is always happy to help. We found the price very fair and the maintenance plan offered also looks to be great value (not had to use it yet and hopefully don’t have to apart from service). Overall we are really happy with the hot tub and massively impressed by the service received, can’t fault them.”

I have gone 5 weeks with them all still on which is unheard of for me. Nice people, always do a great job. Wouldn't go anywhere else for my nails now.”

If they saw that part of the design needed improving, they immediately changed it because they wanted to produce the best work.
