It's a strong 5 stars from us !! We had a fantastic deal from Tubs Direct!! In the past, we have bought one of the £500 blow up crap from The Range, because we were unsure about blowing the money on getting a proper one.... I was visiting my father in Whitefield and made our way into Bury, Soooooo glad we did, because we randomly decided to pop into the T-D showroom to take a look at what they had to offer.... I managed to convince my wife over the phone that it was a great idea to get one and have it brought down to us!! :D as you do !!! ... In my excited state, I decided to go with the Kenya Platinum and its an absolute beast!!! Bluetooth speakers built in, something like 54 jets that puts the body into pure Zen mode when you're blasting them at 38 degrees all around your body!!! I absolutely love it, T-D arranged to have our tub delivered to Penzance, Cornwall (where we live) and installed to the correct specs... Upon arrival, after filling it up and frantically putting my swim shorts on, I noticed not all of the lights were working... I called Ronnie and left an answerphone message about it.. within a couple of hours, he called me back and explained that a wire would have come loose in transit and gave me clear instructions on how to fix it.... Surely enough, he was spot on about it!!, I plugged it in, and WWOOOWW!!!! The thing glows up a night like a spaceship!! it's awesome!!!! It has a waterfall and 3 cannon jets to do your neck etc, I would absolutely recommend the company if you're thinking about getting yourself a new hot-tub!! ...... 2 weeks later, a parcel arrived at my door from T-D with free chemicals, a replacement light kit and extra speakers!!! with a friendly note saying "just in case, enjoy!!" From Ron. I thought that was such a lovely gesture :D :D :D Honestly, i can't big them up enough!!!
Having not owned a hot tub before it was a big decision for us to make the purchase and we had LOTS of questions. So happy we chose hot tubs direct, all the people we have dealt with have been friendly and knowledgeable, the tub was ordered and delivered in the specified time period, we needed a crane to lift the tub over the house, hot tubs direct arranged everything. Even after purchase they are always on hand to answer any questions, Chloe especially deserves our thanks as she is always happy to help. We found the price very fair and the maintenance plan offered also looks to be great value (not had to use it yet and hopefully don’t have to apart from service). Overall we are really happy with the hot tub and massively impressed by the service received, can’t fault them.
Very good service and their deals are unbeatable! We found the perfect spa for our needs and found it best valued with Tubs-Direct, the financing provided was especially easy and helpful. As I said their prices are unbeatable, although they are located 100+ miles from us, they were able to deliver and the delivery service was tip top, we can appreciate our our garden was hard to get too, but delivery from the truck to our patio was completed in a matter of an hour! However we hit a snag, unfortunately things happen that are out of both our hands as our tub needed a single part replaced shortly after being used for the first time, no big deal these things happen. Tubs-Direct support got on it and got us the part and drove all the way from Greater Manchester to Cambridgeshire to replace it. Vicky and Melisa were very helpful and incredibly friendly to talk to. Wish we could give Ron and his team six stars. From the moment we started this process to date, it has been seamless (from our end at least!) Expectations were managed and the swim spa didn't disappoint. The experience has been wonderful and the aftercare is brilliant. Even when a component failed, it was fixed and resolved in no time at all by the manufacturer and the team at Tubs Direct took care of it all. You can't put a price on peace of mind and that is what you have with Ron and the Tubs Direct team. Special mentions to Vicky, Melissa and Vinny for putting up with us and making this purchase very special! :)
We went with this company due to having had issues with a different hot tub company. We were a little hesitant having read some negative reviews but we needn’t have been. We ordered the BeWell Fiji elite tub and it was delivered and installed without any issue within 5 weeks ( we could have had it sooner but we wanted a delivery date that suited us.) The service has been fantastic. Kept up to date with stuff along the way. Delivery was bang on time on the day arranged. The lads who installed for us were excellent and patient considering the crane we arranged ourselves was late turning up. The hot tub itself was perfect with everything doing what it should and the sound system is immense. Melissa followed up with a phone call to make sure everything was okay. Couldn’t be happier. Definitely try these as they are well priced and extremely helpful.
We had a good experience with very little to complain about. The hot tub arrived within good time, the delivery was on time and was fairly easy. We had taken the time to ensure the ground and electrics were 100% which made things easier. Once the hot tub had been connected we were talked through the filling and preparation process (we obviously didn't expect the guys to fill it as this takes a few hours). There was slight damage to a screw cover panel which we are still awaiting replacement for but it is so small I'm not kicking up a fuss. Once up and running I had a few questions as I am a new hot tub owner but every question was answered and we have enjoyed the tub for a good few months now. I know that if I have any issues the guys will be on hand to answer them.
