   Was really disappointed in this company, had such a good experience ordering the new bed for a new bedroom , instore. From leaving the shop it went downhill. My receipt said bed would be delivered in 14 days (28th Nov), it wasn’t. I rang on the 26th (to double check), guy said won’t be this week, but definitely definitely week after. My sister had booked a man and van to pick my old bed up so we went ahead with that with the definite / positive words of the shop guy, thinking it could be the start of the following week. I’m disabled, I didn’t realise how much I used my bed to help me get dressed, to help me sit after bathing, to sit and do laundry, to sit and do most things due to being an amputee. With no bed upstairs , it became difficult and I had to go to my parents home, that’s just physical stuff. I had to cancel my birthday party because I had family who was supposed to sleep over. Anyways, 3rd week came , no communication at all, I constantly initiated contact and received basic replies. Received bed 28th day (4weeks later)! Then saw it would have been cheaper and I’d of got storage in my bed had I ordered online! So I paid £50 more for none storage. Either way, I wouldn’t recommend unless you have the time to wait!

   Spotted this shop on a Google search after finding out it would be 9+ weeks for delivery with Dreams. Quercus said they could do it in half the time. I popped to the shop the next day and picked the style, colour, mattress etc. Richard kept me informed throughout and installed the bed with no fuss and no mess. I'll definitely be using them again. Cheers

   We recently received an ottoman from Quercus. The service was brilliant and we are so pleased with the bed we have received. Delivery and assembly was excellent and timely. We would highly recommend Quercus and will use them again going forward.

   High quality furniture, i bought some bedroom furniture in the Torino solid oak range. The items are great quality and look amazing. The delivery service was excellent, and all at a great price which was cheaper than the big name stores. Would definitely recommend.
