Had a new kitchen fitted Beginning of Feb & delighted with every aspect & with the finished product. Terry & his team were fantastic from our first contact to completion & we recommend this company very highly. Congratulations to Initial kitchens on a great job well done.
From the initial meeting to plan out the layout of our kitchen refurb through to him turning up on completion of the installation (with plenty of in between visits to tweak plans / request add-ins), Terry was helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating throughout. There was an 11th hour problem when the fitter was installing but a call to Terry with a suggestion of a slight re-configiration and, because local firm Proline manufacture all Initial's cabinets, the long pan drawer set ordered was taken away to be replaced by 2 x smaller drawer sets later the same day and the integrated washing machine moved to a slightly different location and the matter was sorted. No hassle - no additional cost. Would I recommend / use again? Absolutely!
Would definitely recommend. Right from the first meeting with Terry to the finished result, we couldn't have asked for our new kitchen fitting to have run any smoother. Our kitchen units are finished to the highest standard. A big thank you everyone involved. Love our new kitchen.
From Terry's design, which made full and imaginative use of the space in our small kitchen, to the installation by Paul on the agreed date in spite of freezing treacherous conditions, to the finishing touch by Wayne when I made a last minute addition to what I wanted, this was all a very positive experience. We are on the second floor with no lift, but none of that deterred this team from doing a fantastic job. I can't recommend them too much. There might be slightly cheaper kitchens out there, but these are excellent value and look great.
Had our kitchen fitted about 6 to 8 weeks ago and the job is fantastic. Everybody from Terry who advised us and sold it to us with no pressure to Jim Hopwood excellent fitter and pleasure to have in the house and John and Paul electricians also excellent and knowledgeable guys. The only let down was the tilers that we arranged ourselves, wish we'd used theirs. Thanks a lot. Customer service is brilliant for the couple of minor things that wanted adjusting.
