   Nipped into here early January and found a bed, mattress and headboard as a bundle in the sale. I bought it on the spot and it came with free installation. And only £20 for local delivery. Utter bargain, they kindly he’d my bed until I was ready to move into my new house and it was a simple case of arranging the delivery. The lads that delivered the bed were equally polite and friendly and soon had it built and removed all the packaging. Very very impressed and would use them again. A very happy customer.

   Ordered and paid for a bed with an estimated delivery date of 3 weeks. Waited patiently for 4 weeks then called them, told it should arrive the following week. Waited a further week called again, and again, and again to finally be told it was likely to be a further 2 weeks. Daughter was sleeping on an airbed so waiting another 2 weeks was not an option by this point. Owner wasn't prepared to offer a small discount on an ex display bed to resolve the situation so had to get a refund. 5 weeks waiting, hours wasted back and forth and on the phone all for nothing. Very disappointed after buying many items over the years from moon furniture. Obviously won't be going back. Luckily managed to secure a far superior quality bed from bensons for beds.

   Great experience while visiting Moon Furniture. They have social distancing in place with hand sanitizer and gloves available as you enter the premises. The products on view are placed in an open space allowing for easy viewing and access. There is also a first floor which can also be accessed via a lift or stairs. The staff were very friendly and polite, helping with answering any query asked of them. There are a lot of products and styles available to be viewed and tested. They had a range of items from top end products to discounted sale items. Overall there was a great selection of furniture to choose from and think about. The site also has free on site parking available for customers.
