I took delivery of my new sofa today and I have to say the quality is amazing. The delivery men were very helpful and went above and beyond. Highly recommended and well worth a visit to the store. I will certainly be going back should I need any furniture in the future
Got a new bed delivered yesterday. Top quality. Best night sleep for ages. Good experience from choosing it so helpful and knowledgeable. To having delivered and set up. Arrived on time with very experienced fitters. Definitely recommend. Il be back for a carpet towards the end of the year.
Really helpful sales assistant, knowledgeable and informative with no hard sell, and didn't rush us. We came in for a replacement mattress and ended up buying another divan set for our sons room, and a new breakfast bar. They have so much quality furniture that we carried on browsing land shopping!! The delivery came at the time specified, and the installation was faultless, assembled everything perfectly, and considerate not to damage any paintwork. Would highly recommend!!!

Just taken delivery of our new bed today; from sales to delivery team the service has been impeccable. I bought a £600 wardrobe from this company. I drove over 10 miles to the shop in Rochdale from Oldham. I needed one more hanging rail for my wardrobe. took a picture of the current rail with measurements showing. The lady said she knew what size it was. so they gave me one and I asked twice if it’s definitely the right size as I’ve travelled very far to get it. Got home with it and it wasn’t the right size (too long) so I called back and the owner on the phone was being very arrogant saying he can’t post it cause it’ll cost him £5 (so it won’t cost me £5 to drive 10 miles there & 10 miles back? Lol) he also suggested that I should cut my current one down and drill a hole into it to make it right. What happened to customer satisfaction? he was trying to blame me for the whole mistake. Truth is it wasn’t a big issue, I would’ve been happy if he showed some care for the mistake they’ve clearly made. But no instead he was very arrogant & stern on the phone. Good luck to anyone thinking of spending money here. I was planning on buying a kingsize bed & mattress from here but no chance after the way the owner spoke to me. I personally would not recommend this place to anyone. If something goes wrong god forbid you’ll have to deal with these arrogant people! To conclude, there is no customer care. So think twice before giving them your money!
Much larger choice than you might expect, and a wide selection of good quality furniture. Knowledgeable personal service and outstanding delivery; the item we chose was in stock, purchased at lunchtime and delivered the same afternoon! I think we were a little fortunate in that respect, but it indicates that if it can be done they'll do it. Everything so much better than the retail park multiples and their sales target driven assistants.
